  1. I think today everyone joined in. Cracking atmosphere created by our excellent travelling support...
  2. When you dial the 0141 number you get a message telling you all calls are charged at 10p per minute plus network extras so it seems to linked to the premium number as well.
  3. I just phoned Firhill to see if I could order over the phone but was told tickets must be collected and paid for in person. Think it's a long lunch today or tomorrow...
  4. On a positive note I emailed the club after the United game about our broken seats and these were fixed in time for last nights fixture.
  5. Was that Archie stifling a yawn? Cant say I blame him all the same! Turgid doesn't do it justice!
  6. That's what our seats are like - i'll chase them up during the week - theres no way I could sit like that for a whole season so if they cant be fixed we'll see about getting a move.
  7. Our 3 seats were broken when we went to the DU game and one of them wasn't marked as reserved. I e-mailed the club and got a prompt reply apologising and promising they would be sorted as soon as possible. They better be repaired for Friday
  8. Please don't leave Ally - the whole of Scottish football needs you to keep up the good work :-)
  9. "There was then a flashpoint, with Butcher sliding into a challenge which earned him a booking - only for replays to then show he had won the ball." Think someone was watching the game through Tangerine coloured specs!
  10. Sounds like a job for Doncaster then!
  11. As 3 first time season ticket holders, we picked our seats using the map in the office during the first week they went on sale. the seats are in a cracking spot but 2 of them are broken - its like sitting on a ski slope! According to the guys beside us they've been like that for years despite efforts to repair them in the past. I'll email the club tomorrow. I'm sure it wont be difficult to put right.
  12. just watching some of the highlights - how the hell did Butcher stay on the park? Even after his assault on Fraser, which all of the pundits were convinced was a red, his two footed lunge on Banzo in the box was shocking. And we end with 3 yellows!! Craig Thomson - Scotland's No1 ref???
  13. The club must have spent a small fortune on posting out these letters and it wouldn't have taken much to notify new ticket holders like myself, my son and my pal of our seat allocations. The cynic in me says it's easier to run off 2000 or so standard letters and recoup the costs via the 0844 number when people like me phone to find out my seat number.
  14. Looks like a balls up then - both tickets are red and marked ""adult".
  15. Mine too. I also got a second voucher and letter this morning although that could be for my sons under 16 season ticket. Imagine the chaos is everyone gets 2, combined with the row painting issue?
  16. Just had the same thought when I saw we'd signed him.
  17. Kane Hemmings? Previously with Sevco and loaned out to Cowdenbeath.
  18. If we could get him it would be a good piece of business. He played well for us during his loan spell.
  19. I've bought a season ticket this year for the first time in many years - I'd happily bring a pal and pay him in!
  20. Alternatively could we not offer Celtic the main stand on the proviso they are fully responsible for the behaviour of their fans inside the stadium? If they cannot accept this then no tickets. I'm sure we could attract a decent crowd and it would almost certainly generate TV interest
  21. I don't think we would ignore the recommendations but we could mitigate the risk of Celtic fans being housed in the Main Stand by searching fans on entry to the stadium. I've seen mums and dads with kids have their bags searched by police outside the JHS so why not apply similar, more stringent measures to Celtic fans? Are we the only club with wooden stands? If not, are fans segregated in those stands or mixed? Why were the police and council happy with housing Celtic or Rangers fans in the Main stand at the Glasgow cup? The issue here seems to be the Police and or council almost condoning the use of flares as long as its in a concrete stand!
  22. Or maybe now it's been resolved Jackie will give us his side of the story - he has kept his counsel so far remember!
  23. It's highly likely that the agreement was to remain confidential and not for disclosure
  24. And we shouldn't be doing them any favours by accepting a reduced amount! Full payment including the 25k for Donnelly!
