I agree with most things on Aero here.. he must take the ban on the chin and as its 3rd red card we might be looking a 3-5 games I reckon. One thing that annoys a bit is treatment Hugh Murray got on here after his red cards... he was goaded also and banged to the ground and getting all sorts of abuse about his wife etc etc.. at the time I remember thinking the reaction to his sendings off were OTT... here we have good young player.. fans fav and all there is support.. not that fair on Murray when I think back. PS not saying there is a right or wrong here by the way.. before the snipers and grammar forum cops are out!!

I did read your post! lol so we jail every footballer for a head butt, punch, elbow etc etc etc.. I actually forgot.. Rugby has a fair amount of violence as does ice hockey and can't remember anybody being jailed for those.

Following a report this morning in a national newspaper a spokesman for Partick Thistle said: “As part of Jackie McNamara’s contract, there was a compensation clause, which Jackie triggered when he resigned from Partick Thistle Football Club. “We would expect that a manager of Jackie’s integrity would honour his contract. If, however, he chooses not to, the club has no choice but to pursue this matter through the Courts. “We fully expect Jackie McNamara will do the honourable thing and so avoid any potential court action”.

unbelievable... until the facts are out and sorted.. speculation and abuse.. lowers the tone.. lets focus on supporting the team instead of planning what abuse your going hurl. For me I am grateful when he left he has us challenging and in a final... maybe he has left under a cloud but can't really that pissed off as it was always going to happen and also we do not know all the actual facts. Also don't think that if Archie keeps winning and punching above our weight other clubs will come for him.. the way of the football world these days.

Thinking the abuse this thread has already is not really fair... he left us for a bigger job.. the compensation thing is not great but Thistle should not have let this happen .. also don't forget guys this team and all the good back room work and effort is down to Jackie & Sid.. he got us to a much better place.. Archie has taken the team on again and we are playing great just. I think we should be grateful to previous regime for getting us competing again and playing with some style. After all if any of us were offered better jobs and more more money in nearly all cases we would take it... unless you have no ambition that is. The same goes for the players... bigger clubs will always come and take who is doing the biz at anytime.. its just the way it is for our club. Lets not let this get in the way of the run in and we all get behind supporting the team and getting us over the line and into SPL and lifting the Ramsdens cup. COME ON THE JAGS

for me he has been decent this season.. got a reputation of hard tackles and bookings, I think overall he is a good quality player all the negative stuff on here for me is harsh.. until Morton game with him in side unbeaten... crazy to be sniping any of the team after our start.. come on the jags
