  1. he's clearly a moron. maybe he's angling for board membership?
  2. Even if this decision is rescinded (which i doubt), the damage to the likes of Ian Maxwell and David Beattie can't be undone. They've lost a high % of the support over this issue, and they'll most likely never get them back. The beginning of the end for them - hopefully.
  3. Where do you start on that statement? Amateurish at best. A perfect snapshot of the running of our club. Scandalous on so many levels.
  4. If the decision remains, how about all those not renewing season tickets agree to spend the first match at Firhill lending our support to the team by peering through the fence at the south end of the JH stand? The players, and board for that matter, will surely hear the singing from there anyway.

  6. My JH stand season ticket renewal is being withheld until this decision is reversed. Disgusting way to treat supporters. A gaggle of twats at the helm. Petition will be signed, email will be sent.
  7. Mon ra jaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggssssss!!!!
  8. Yes! Just heard that on the radio. Lennon seems to rate him.
  9. Work with nickys brother in law, his boy is indeed on fringes of celtic 1st team. Might get a game once the league is formally wrapped up. A skilful midfielder by all accounts.
  10. Rooney done what more should. Started running with the penalty taker, entering the box as he kicked it. Thus quicker into the box than the rest of the standing starts. Really simple, not sure why more don't.

    Killie Game

I'd argue its the defensive midfielders job to fill gaps. Welsh was excellent at doing this last season (remember we hardly lost a game when he played). Osbourne did a decent job of it this season. Muirhead therefore has to take up the slack. I like odonnell but he's all over the place and right now Mcmillan may serve us best. Odonnell at RM isn't a bad shout. Preferable to elliott?
  12. The 3rd goal is a disgrace to lose. Our 3 centre halves look like puddins. When's the last time we lost such a poor goal through the middle?............ oh wait a minute!
  13. Maybe we should try a sneaky fake corner of our own on Sunday!?
  14. It didn't travel the circumference of the ball. No goal!
  15. I'm appalled at this experiment. To try something a bit different was just not required. In fact, if I hear tinny crowd noise again I'm going straight for the exit and I'll never return. Disgrace that it is. We'll never live it down.
  16. well plenty positivity so far glad you have better memories than me, i know the name from Falkirk but dont remember much else about him. i'll follow the crowd and upgrade my emoticon to a more hopeful version! if he's anything like Erskine i'd be delighted
  17. i'm unsure. time will tell !
  18. With no pre season match to trial the system (outwith normal testing and commissioning), does anyone else fear technical glitches could blight our big opening night!? Let's hope not!
  19. No email or letter for me either. Club def have my details. Somethings gone wrong. Renewed anyway right enough!
  20. My secret source told me that none of this team will be with us 5 years from now!
  21. A rock tonight. Passion a plenty. Delighted for him after sunday! Dowie looked solid beside him too.
  22. i like it, find it interesting and it saves me looking it up elsewhere. oh and all those crowds are very very poor.
  23. seeing as others have raised it, i'll second the catering fiasco. 2 trips to get a drink at 2 different games. both times, no gas for the taps. both times a scene of total and utter shambles trying to get it resolved which resulted in me walking away empty handed. the language used by the catering staff and a steward drafted in to fix the problem (he didnt, he merely dropped the gas bottle on his toe (and i heard the clunk) and came out the door effin all over the place) was probably worse then some people complain about in the stands! to make matters worse, each time there was a big, but 100% empty, fridge siting in the corner, which could have been stocked with water, macb, ribena, capri sun - anything really. both visits were before half time. dont want to moan, just want to pass on my experience in the hope it helps improve it. I dont often use the pie stalls but feel sorry for those who regularly do, especially if they have kids with them.
