  1. Its half Red, Half Yellow with a badge in the middle
  2. And with the Celtic support sitting next to the patrons in the JHS how we going to stop them launching flares into our end???? Or should we just put all our fans the the main stand as their fans are a risk
  3. Bringing flares into the ground is banned under "The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985" of which adds to the Football Scotland Act 1980 (If i remember right), plus the fireworks act (2004 I think), so they are banned, by moving us and bowing down to Celtic we (And Strathclydes finest) are in fact stating that we believe this act will be broken within our property prior to it taking place, and are not trying to stop it, we are allowing it to happen and only moving it. The risk still exists that they will launch flares or fireworks even into the main stand (where our fans will be) unless everyone is fully searched or we ban them before the game, and going on their behavior at the Glasgow cup I would ban them plus their blue brothers next time they visit. What was it Beattie stated "Morals over money" or words to that effect
  4. I'm missing something here, generally a safety certificate runs for "X" period and covers the admittance of "Y" amount of fans for "Z" purpose. So we would have a safety certificate for the Main Stand, to house 1800 fans for the purpose of watching association football for a period of 12 months. Are we stating that our safety license for the main stand (Remember we keep being informed it is a different safety certificate than the JHS etc) is valid for the whole period except when Celtic appear? And it specifically states Celtic?? If so GCC are in breach of their own discrimination laws when it comes to granting safety licenses to public events.
  5. So back to standard HS&E risk assessment - remove the risk "The Celtic Away Support" what is to stop them launching the flares from the North Stand to the main stand with our fans in it?? We still seem to be moving the risk about not removing it. If a criminal holds up banks in Glasgow we remove him from society, we don't move to close the banks, as he'll only rob post offices
  6. But why??? My Dad has a ST in JHS as do I, where as a move may not bother me (as i'll likely be abroad) it will him and probably the boys around him who have been sitting in the same seats with ST's since the JHS opened, this is still adapting to accept the risk. First rule of HSE remove the risk, don't move it, don't adapt your process to cope, remove it. Our risk is Celtic fans carrying flares and we are moving the risk and adapting our process Someone should ask the match commander for his risk assessment of the game and question him on it, and before anyone asks some of my HSE training I done a Tulliallen and thats what they preached was remove the risk where possible.......... it is possible
  7. The 12th man was banded all season from the club, how important we were, how we were needed to get to the land of milk and honey. Then we had Beatties interview about morals and decency over cash, this is how a club will be run. Then the tag scheme, be part of the club, your voice counts. Enter the SPL and the magical land of milk and honey and f**k you's you don't matter, its cash over morals, fast buck over fans, ONETHISTLE your voice doesn't count anymore. Shocked by it all. Really in 2 minds as to whether or not renew my season ticket, I used it for 1 game last year and would probably get 2 next season, it wasn't about saving on match tickets for me it was backing the club as I believed they were going in the right direction, now i'm not sure what direction we are heading
  8. A season ticket holder on here quoted that he has been told his seat in the JHS is being moved for the Celtic game as they are being given a larger area of that too, so what are they getting the North Stand, Half the JHS, The home dressing room?? http://www.wearethis...14/page__st__60
  9. Still states total repayable as £320.30, not £347.80 as the original poster is being told by Zebra
  10. Appears to be the case
  11. I'm still waiting on someone to justify why someone who has worked hard and came up the ladder should be paying a higher percentage of tax to someone who hasn't
  12. Your correct as it states "Total Re-Payable" that is the total amount there is no where in the sheet that mentions a "Handling Charge", there is a massive kick back against this just now towards credit companies, and they have to be transparent in what all charges are, on the form you have received from Zebra, is that for you to approve or is that the approved finance? If it is not a agreement that you have signed, been approved then changed it will be classed as an quote, which if you accept you then know of the £27.50 charge for credit and have accepted, not great but legal

  14. 35% was a ball park figure but NI and Income tax isn't far off it, so say 30% the key is setting the threshold level so that it encourages people to take a job instead of falling into the dilemma of having more with benefits than getting on the job ladder (And it does happen), perhaps the threshold is too low, the same should be for businesses anything above a set threshold should be taxed, with no dodgy deals to earn the money in the country and pay tax else where. MP's should only get the wage they were on in the job they had before they went to parliament (this will stop all the career MP's who have never worked and have no idea of the real world), with a 1 bedroom flat that is rented for them, bus pass and rail ticket to get home at the weekend, plus a daily sensible food allowance for buying food from supermarket., it should be classed as a service to the constituency like jury duty, not a get rich quick scheme. Standard tax for all ABOVE THE THRESHOLD so if you work more you earn more and so does the government, but its level, transparent and, if the threshold is set right fair

  16. Tax everyone the same level after the threshold, then its fair, otherwise its classed as unfair, again why should some one who has worked hard all their days, went to night school etc to move up in the world have to pay a higher level of tax??
  17. And its wrong how? or should we tax those that have worked hard and dragged themselves up the payscale and the property ladder?
  18. This is wrong, if Celtic can't behave they should have no tickets, not move our fans to accommodate, has anyone paid for the damage from their last visit yet?
  19. The warning signs were there for all to see for years prior to the collapse, but as long as rangers kept winning and staying ahead of celtic none of you cared, when the BBC highlighted Whyte it was classed by rangers fans as a celtic led conspiracy (And Whyte was well known to in Glasgow for his business dealings prior to the expose), when the liquidation came up it was everyone's fault bar rangers, boycotts were brought forward etc etc absolutely no humility to the situation, unlike with Dunfermiline where the fans have accepted that their board have screwed over their club, and a certain amount of sympathy is shown towards the fans. If the legions at Ibrox had actually listened to the facts, acted pressed their board and not blamed everyone else they would have the original club now in the SPL instead of a toxic franchise lurching from one financial and PR disaster to another whilst waiting to get into SFL2
  20. Just realized I used to deliver your paper round about 1990
