sigesige00
What do "attacking throw-in" and "defensive throw-in" mean? What do "attacking FK" and "defensive FK" mean?
B.C.G. JAG
These terms aren't really relevant to Thistle. The players themselves don't understand throw in's either.
crazy davie
What do "attacking throw-in" and "defensive throw-in" mean? What do "attacking FK" and "defensive FK" mean? An "attacking throw-in" is a throw-in that you would use when you wished to attack. A "defensive throw-in" is a throw-in that you would use when you wished to defend. An "attacking FK" is a free kick that you would use when you wished to attack. A "defensive FK" is a free kick that you would use when you wished to defend. It probably sounds a lot more complex than it actually is.

It's a simple game keeping it simple you don't fancy a job do you?
Woodstock Jag
What do "attacking throw-in" and "defensive throw-in" mean? What do "attacking FK" and "defensive FK" mean? In the game of football what does "foot" mean and what does "ball" mean? These are pressing questions that Willie Kinniburgh and Bryan Hodge would like confirmation on as soon as possible. You'll need to buy the book from Greaves called "Football Terminology for Bottons" - don't think they'll post it to Barrowfield (in Japan) though.
