What do "attacking throw-in" and "defensive throw-in" mean?

What do "attacking FK" and "defensive FK" mean?

An "attacking throw-in" is a throw-in that you would use when you wished to attack.

A "defensive throw-in" is a throw-in that you would use when you wished to defend.

An "attacking FK" is a free kick that you would use when you wished to attack.

A "defensive FK" is a free kick that you would use when you wished to defend.

It probably sounds a lot more complex than it actually is.
