Charlie Endell
Heard from a normally reliable source that he's renegotiated his contract to waive potential compensation if he leaves in return for a salary cut. Also, he'd be happy to leave if the money was right. Is this bull or any truth in it?

Also, he'd be happy to leave if the money was right. Is this bull or any truth in it? Think this is total bull ! Cos Dungdee couln't afford him lol And who would want him in any event ? Yes Ian, your last couple of games have taken the heat off you.. but I stand by my belief that you are not the man for Thistle !
Woodstock Jag
There's only a year and a half left on his contract anyway so I'm not sure that it would make an awful lot of difference. It's one thing trying to pay compensation for someone with more than 2 clear seasons on their managerial contract, but it's quite another when there's a solitary full season to buy-out. McKennan
Heard from a normally reliable source that he's renegotiated his contract to waive potential compensation if he leaves in return for a salary cut. So, Ian's renegotiated his contract to take a salary cut and waive compensation if he leaves Thistle. Is that what you're saying? What's in it for Ian? Charlie Endell
So, Ian's renegotiated his contract to take a salary cut and waive compensation if he leaves Thistle. Is that what you're saying? What's in it for Ian? He wants out (he would have gone to Dundee !) so if another club shows interest in him the exit door won't be barred by the amount of compensation required.
