I understand Cowdenbeath may be trying to put the inspection back to 3pm but think that the game should go ahead. Personally, I don't see how they can be that confident if they need to push the inspection back - presumably to let the pitch thaw out some more. I'd guess that's exactly why they might delay an inspection. From what I've seen of the forecast it's not too likely to freeze again once thawed.
