  1. He evened it up in the 2nd half
  2. We used it at Ibrox in the cup
  3. really? On the basis of the apparent capacity being just over 10k I thought there was more than that
  4. 8426 is more like it. We had over 2200 tickets sold and BBC Scotland reckoned about 6500 Ayr
  5. I was on the far side terracing and missed the yellow. Thanks for clarifying
  6. I think from a crowd size point of view I’d prefer Killie, but I fear McInnes might be more likely to spoil our attacking threat. That said we beat them at the start of the season on pens
  7. Did he? I never saw that. I did think he overreacted at the time, but Akinyemi was just stupid doing what he did as it did look like a punch or forearm. The ref had a decent game (as he did in the away game at QP) but he missed a foul on one of our players in the build up to the incident or it might not have happened BTW, respect to Lee Bullen for his comments about us after both games
  8. Incredible performance again, 16 goals, 3 clean sheets and 8 different scorers! Would you have believed this 3 weeks ago after the Raith game? Let’s hope we can keep it up for the next 2 games. Dools & the players really are doing an incredible job. Fans are brilliant, apart from the flares.
  9. RIP Hugh and condolences to his family. Forever a Jags legend 😪
  10. What’s the difference between 50th competitive goal and 50 in all competitions announced by the official website last week? https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/brian-graham-reaches-50-goals-for-thistle/
  11. It would be nice, but where the hell do these people come from and where are they for the rest of the season? And every other ‘average’ season. We had 5k on Friday, double what we had earlier in the season
  12. You reckon 1000 didn’t go because of the announcement? JHS wasn’t sold out so I doubt it
  13. 3 teams promoted and 3 relegated in the play offs so far
  14. Not yet. 2 games left in the league
  15. The last few games (and some other games this season) have been the best attacking football I’ve seen in years. We have real creative threat from McMillan, Lawless (genius), Turner, Tiff and Fitzy. Quite incredible really. Plus of course star poacher BBG, who might miss a few but his scoring record is brilliant. And of course we’ve lost Harry Milne for the last 6 weeks, who’s been sensational. Well done to Dools for being daring over the past few games, and if we can get a result next week then anything is possible.
  16. Tickets sold not capacity. JHS capacity is around 6200 iirc
  17. Hopefully you'll be ok, from PTFC.co.uk news pages Very limited provision will be made at the Jackie Husband ticket office for home supporters, without bank cards or online access, to use cash to purchase tickets for this game.
  18. Has it gone up? It was about £3 for 2 & half hours earlier in the season. If I’m not the driver others park for free in the ‘private parking’ at the bottom of Trossachs St and round to the left edited to add: I just checked RingGo and sure enough it’s tripled in price since the last time I used it in March!
  19. I park in the bays around trossachs st area and pay using RingGo app. There are spaces that aren’t marked off as bays and others park in them but I don’t know what happens there.
  20. https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/ayr-united-stream-available-now/?fbclid=IwAR2_OrAC0OFT8dKjDcT8V5sVVoq3ZrXKi_maHNPZBn5FTQBuJCiZzNwcvJs
  21. We discussed on Friday night on the way home and reckoned he’d quit. Dundee headed?
  22. I’ve never seen anything like it! Especially when they lined up behind the goal and across the halfway line at the end. what was the point of the snack van on the far side as few people seemed to use it or even get to it? what a performance though! Hope we haven’t peaked too early😙
  23. Exactly. Sneds got injured, Mitchell came in and did nothing wrong to lose his place. In my opinion that’s good management and Dools has treated both fairly.
  24. Beat Stranraer the year of the Peterhead game. We won away then either drew or lost at home. Peterhead beat Morton in the other semi, who were favourites to go up
