You get the horrible feeling that the board are just playing lip service to Archie and his desired signings. Could Taylor be the only one and that;s the bone that the board have thrown him?. I personally feel that the board wouldn't give a friar tuck if we went down. Yes, there is more money in the Premiership, but it could be that they are happy with this one big payday and that they would only have to pay even more in the forthcoming season(s) for us to progress.

Watching the Embra derby and although Hibs are the better team. Hearts won't be easy to beat. We will do well to win there. Hearts may be full of boys but they have plenty of brawn and we are easily brushed aside.

And yet we win our next two games and St Mirren lose theirs (home to Celtic then away to St Johnstone) then we are above them.
