  1. Managed to get it to work, eventually. Spain beating Holland in the final for me, with France beating England on penalties in the quarters!
  2. I went to go & watch some games afew weeks ago & realised that they had all been taken down.
  3. Every chance, he played 4 games for MK Dons at the end of last season.. Oh, including a straight red card in the 2nd last game of the season!
  4. Am I the only one who can't get the document opened after I download it? Have downloaded it several times, but it won't open. Take it I need Excel or something?
  5. That was young striker Scott Tully.
  6. Hopefully not, last season he had a good run of games & didn't seem bothered by the injury that had kept him out for so long. The injury that has injured him now was a rather freak injury & can't be put down to his injury past. He played 31 (27 starts) games last season, which isn't too bad, scoring 14 goals.
  7. Sounds promising on the new signing, lets hope he develops well. On Fraser, who I've only seen play twice. He looks strong & is decent in the air. I wouldn't say he is great technically though, but hopefully he can work on that. Looks a decent prospect, but nowhere near ready for 1st team football, needs to work very hard over the next yr or 2 to have a chance.
  8. If he stays fit, he'll be the best player, not just in the Ayr team, but in the whole division. He'll have a chance of finishing as top scorer too! (IF he stays fit).
  9. Hinchy won't be number 1 next season, fact. & after the 1st few months, I doubt he'll even be number 2, with Scully taking that over.
  10. Fraser says he's just sat his highers, McGrotty doesn't mention anything about them.
  11. I should also add, that I'm happy with MacBeth, McGeough, Campbell, Scully & to a lesser extent Lochhead, Bannigan & Burns (feel they're just abit young & not quite ready yet) supplementing the 1st team squad. However, I feel we still need a 1st team squad of around 17/18 + these guys. Don't see us signing 6/7 players though, yes we'll have 4 with the player/coaches, but we need more than that & also younger legs. Is all abit desperate, & the slight cut in the budget, appears to be anything but slight.
  12. As I just posted on another thread, yes, I believe we are. I'm sure we'll be told, he's listed as a player for emergencies only, but I can see him playing quite often, sadly. We'll have Robbo, Archie, Kinniburgh & Maxwell, if no-one else signs. Maxy was preferred over Kinniburgh this season, so I can see Maxy getting a fair few games.
  13. I'd be happy with Scully as back-up goalie, with Halliwell or someone like him as number one. There is apparently serious interest in another goalie from us, who has alot of experience in this division. Don't want to name him incase it hampers any deal, but he'd be a very decent signing at this level & he should be affordable.
  14. Burton would indeed be rather funny, yes they'll pay higher wages, but it's hardly a step up.
  15. Because they're in the 3rd division & you can do things like that when your budget is smaller. It could work here, but probably on a smaller scale.
  16. Good point, that's a pain in the butt!
  17. Had never heard of them, but had a problem with wheel alignment & they were recommended to me by an AA man who I know. Did the job quickly & for a decent price, that was at Anniesland a month or so ago.
  18. I know nothing about trains, but googled it & there's a train station in Annan, whether it's easy to get to though, I have no idea.
  19. He was to go on trial with St. Mirren, but decided that a 2yr deal with us would be a better option. Also believe that he had signed a pre-contract with Hibs whilst Mixu was manager, but when Hughes came in he decided he wanted to sign all his own players & cancelled the deal.
  20. I'm hoping we're all wrong & the answer is, "Have a feel."
  21. Rather be home to Clyde than away, will probably result in the pre-season friendly being cancelled also.
  22. Pretty much how I see it. Also, I don't think Gerrard is that good. He seems to over hit most passes, he's had a terrible season, apart from some long range goals, he hasn't done much in the last couple of years. The only reason he stood out for Liverpool over the years is because they have had pretty poor squads, he likes being the big fish in the smallish pond. Lampard is so much better, but he struggles for England. When England's world cup hopes are being pinned on Gareth Barry, you know they have no chance.
  23. I understood what WJ meant, the rest of you are just abit slow it would appear.
