  1. i hear he has already been ordained as the grand grabbing wee dick of york
  2. i see the rat and his boaby sucker have resurfaced at the club sitting at ninety out of ninety two clubs in england. getting closer to his level. finish the job and take the good ship york down judas. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34721629
  3. to follow on from libbys point, we now have confirmation that rangers cheated, and acted illegally and broke the laws of the tax and footballing systems. so, all these dimwits who say it's still the same club, must be same debt then surely? and whether these dimwits agree or not, the fact remains the titles and cups won in the period of the ebt's, have been confirmed that these were tainted and were won by cheating, which is illegal, and thus the club known as rangers should be stripped of them all. the legal system has spoken and ruled. now our footballing bodies must follow ..... it wasn't just the taxman that club cheated, it was the whole of scottish football and the integrity of its competitions same club, same debt, stripped history. or new club, four year history (of £30m losses and two diddy league titles). sevconians can't have it both ways.
  4. no likes available, but the above three posts from westendjag, bowenboys and that old bissum barnett, all correct in their entirety, so you all win a
  5. the prize pot isn't only made up of tv income alone admittedly, but interesting to note the pot of cash paid out to the fortytwo clubs this season has apparently gone up fourteen percent according to stv news tonight. finishing bottom now equals a few shillings short of £1.8 million. but apart from that, don't disagree with anything else you've said (or westendjags post either). you both missed out substandard refereeing as another large factor in dwindling crowds though.
  6. also, after last weekend's stramash and handbags after the game by accies fans, keep an eye on the wee neds yoof team from dalkeith, they were daft enough to steal a drum from the travelling dingwall supporters by jumping them and attacking their bus last weekend. wouldn't get away with that in glasgow. or more to point, walk away unscathed. not first time either accies or jambo neds had been instigators of trouble this season either. but they probably won't be able to afford the bus fare through to scotlands real capital and better city thinking about it anyway. or they'll be grounded by their mummys.
  7. lineup and play like we did at tynie, stand off them, give them respect, we will lose this no question. no stevo no welsh no amoo lineup similar to douglas clark one two posts above in their faces from the off, play with pace and zip, snap at their heels, stick close and give them no room or respect, we will win this no question. need both stands singing loud and sustained. make sure these gorgie gits are drowned out too. kingsley must do better too, windup the hearts players and supporters, get under their skin, even if it requires a few dirty tricks, he's been relatively ineffective on that side of his performances so far, expected better from him when he signed. don't switch the heating on in their dressing room before kickoff. have the ventilation system blowing icecold air into it until they arrive. then once kickoff comes, crank temp to maximum, make it like a sauna for halftime.

my concern is our resident football experts (cough) repeated bs, which yet again on back of yesterday is shown to be v poor
  9. who was responsible for giving cockwomble the job in the first place? who decided to give him another contract? who has the power to remove him from his job?
  10. don't disagree with any of the above. particularly on welsh. the ref (where the heck did they rake that fud up from?!) was an embarrassment. accies players were too, with their elbows, holding, arm pulling and other dirty tactics. as were their wee band of neds particularly after the game. biggest embarrassment though was us not being fired up and our failure to turn up, for a game that should have been entirely winnable, especially once they went down to ten. all valid points. where was the gallus shoot on sight of last week? too much trying to play it round and down the sides for crosses (when they actually penetrated the penalty box) which were swatted away most times. where was the direct running from midfield and in opposition faces, getting tight, like we have seen many instances of in past couple of games? yes, hamilton stifled us as times but plenty times the gap was there to drive forward and in between defenders, but sideways or backwards option was chosen. don't want to bash the welsh, but that's a accurate appraisal of welsh since he bagged his new contract. hate the scapegoat of the week culture, especially where unnecessary or often unwarranted, so not highlighting welsh as the only player who didn't earn his wages today, that's the best compliment i can give him today. but to repeat, he's not alone today at least.
  11. liam was certainly better. but dan? not one for nit picking, especially after that hoodoo breaker of saturday, but yet again saturday highlighted seaborne putting us in trouble ..... and not for the first time. as angry gaz and jaggernaut have already noted, seaman dan wandered off like a drifting aimlessly boat at the corner for their goal. as for the handball-penalty, why did osman have to rush out arms up trying to block the ball going on target? because dan fluffed a lazy clearance out from our six yard line straight to a farmer. there were other instances he was caught out, left trailing ..... but there were also instances in the match he done well, as in doing his job. so not complete criticism, but highlighting that he wasn't outstanding, and he needs to sharpen up his play and positioning, and spend a wee bit less time running his fingers through his lovely looking wavy hair. yes, wee case of hair envy going on here. know i'm not alone.
  12. add in the likelihood weather on 30 december will be poorer than 14-15 november ..... long range forecasts for december point to wetter than seasonal average, with above average chance turning colder and more snow and freezing temperatures late december-into january, while november long range forecast is dryer than seasonal average, and no worse than seasonal average temperatures. so risk of games being off (doesn't need to be unplayable pitch, police could call off due to unsafe surroundings and access to grounds), increased chances of accidents, poorer driving conditions, fans less likely to travel, and all matches for 30 december which include some long hauls are ..... sheep v thistle hackies v fake thistle jamtarts v disunited notsowell v farmers shantytown v cunty and bt sports have dumpdee v greenshite as a 745 live game. so, that'll be that then, 30 december 745 kick offs for everyone it will be. fu(k the fans.
  13. twentytwo years of hurt eradicated by two worldies. it's great to a jag. fu(k yer farmers oh, and beaton was cowdung. again. useless c0ck of a man. eta fermer said after match, abduls handball was inside box, will wait to see replays, but even if true, hardly balances out all the other double standards of refereeing he applied to the match.
  14. they were. two goal of the season contenders. only downside is they were at far end of pitch from us, but beautiful screaming belters they were.
  15. ^^^^^ well put. no one should get me wrong when i say "no comparison" between thistle and scotland, because while there is none, i would have to agree hundred percent with mr blackpool in his last eight words. just thistle is even more immeasurably in my f.e.c. as well as heart, veins, blood, and so on. that is sorry state of affairs imo mr woodstock. put it on your bucketlist.
  16. thistle. every time. always has, always will. no comparison.
  17. <----- slopes off to find bucketlist notes of galaxies to visit before i die
  18. crazy ..... thanks for pointing that out, my first language english wasn't ..... not sure if you're being infuriating, or interfering
  19. if this is the case, then you would think post match, stewards or whoever does sweeps of the stands to clear up after games, they would have been collected and returned to club offices. same with jhs. since nomads were asking "any way a nomad could get one", perhaps the club could offer the balls to nomads (or any one who didn't get to the game or missed out getting one) for cost of postage, plus a five or ten pound donation that goes to a local maryhill charity, per ball. that way it's a positive pr story that does some good and helps support a local charity and the local community (foodbank, refugees in maryhill, mental health charity for example).
  20. i am in the archie stay camp. backed him every season in past, and continue to do so this season, backed up yearly by st purchase, buying of 50/50s, cf, club merchandise and so on. posters like the cup i find to be childlike embarrassments but they are entitled to post their views, as ultimately it shows them to be laughed down and their posting history says more about them and how unhealthy foaming at the mouth is. likewise lsr is entitled to post, and his latest immature child postings further establish him in a comparable light and same bucket as the cup of "posters who could be ignored", even though he is at opposite end of spectrum in views to that of the cup and cohorts. tip to posters like the cup and lsr ..... you can get your points across equally well without portraying yourselves like ***** to be laughed at and an embarrassment to your fellow posters. alter your posting style and attitude, find a modicum of decency and sensibility, and respect for fellow jags, and don't act like a muppet. we won yesterday. those who backed archie can be happy and proud. those who didn't, can still be happy as thistle won. celebrate, enjoy the weekend, even make your points if you want, but try not show yourself up to be a childish fool in the process.
