If you go as far as Ullapool then might be worthwhile going to Durness, great beaches up there... Honestly. Also Smoo cave is quite cool and Cape Wrath, it's like being on the edge of the earth.

Quite a while ago this person was phoning my house at random times and being a bit of pain in the arse, I would have blocked the number but instead the next time they phoned I blew an airhorn down the phone at them. Didn't hear much from them after that. This person phones me at least once a month and asks for "Geeta" and has a hard time believing they are not there! Also a girl phoned my number 4 times asking for a taxi, the third time I asked if she had been drinking and gave her an actual taxi number, she phoned back and I said "it'll be there in 15 minutes" and went to the pub. Crazy mofos!

I recently started a thread in another forum about the new overhead gantry signs. Had quite a chuckle at the "think about car share" Was just thinking to myself, ok that's me thought about it, I know that's not funny at all... But why wouldn't they have "Why not car share?" or something. Also saw a "Keep windscreen clear" I'm really glad it was there, I had actually gathered a good deal of water on the windscreen and only just made out what the gantry said and managed to avoid disaster. I find it quite annoying if you don't drink coffee in the office but yet are expected to take a turn making/buying coffees. Sooner or later someone is going to get a teaspoon buried in their face. Edited to add. People that think coffee is the greatest thing ever but don't think chewing gum is any good!

Mackinnons at Glasgow Cross I think. Me and mate toured a few pubs in the morning after a night out, can only think of this one. But there are loads... It's really grim though! Saw a few business type people in for a quick one before work.

This happens to me in lifts quite a lot as well. When trying to exit a lift with two heavy suitcases and some muppet is trying to get in there with you! Dual carriage roads, where you have the person in the inside lane going ridiculously slow and some utter f*cking c*nt is sitting level with them in the outside lane, not overtaking! So the big line of traffic behind them can't get passed!

Having a good laugh at this thread. Worked with a few people that c*cked up sayings or even simple words that were easy. A guy who more than three times made an arse of saying 'cream of sum yung guy' and saying something like "yeah she wants some cream of sum yung ***" Another guy I worked with would look at words and then just say something completely different, even though it was glaringly obvious what the word was. Find it really annoying when you hear someone on the TV say "and now this afternoons matinee movie..." and we all know "matinee" is code for quite possibly one of the sh*ttest movies ever made and then you see the opening credits come on and you could just smash up the TV in a violent rage over just how god damn crap this film is! What is a matinee movie anyway!

I remember reading an interview in the Daily Record about him wanting to ditch his bad boy tag after leaving Partick Thistle and then about 6 months later reading about him headbutting his girlfriend after a bender and thinking... Good job son.

You're not a real Scotsman until you've been in Taggart some way or another I guess. They were filming a lot of recently near me and I was always driving passed cursing the amount of room they took up with the trucks. I also wandered around the area as well as I wanted to see if it was maybe Still Game that was beign filmed. So who knows maybe i'll get in an episode yet. Did anyone see the episode recently with Boaby the Barman playing a tough Glasgow gangster? just couldn't take him seriously. Kept on hearing Jack and Victor taking the piss out of him in my head... The putting on the beef comment "Aye that's cos everytime I shag your wife she makes me a sandwich!"

Both really, just whatever comes on. I used to watch it a lot and then lots of other stuff got my attention. Quite like the level of abuse Burke gives everyone and his general tone/accent. Would like the newer ones to go on for longer as well though.

Recently started watching Taggart again, rekindled my love of it. May have to acquire every episode and start a Taggart marathon.

Muay Thai as well (also Vale Tudo) although due to other commitments i'm not able to attend as much as I did in the past. Before Muay Thai I did Tae Kwon Do, but I was young and too much emphasis was on showing someone you could hit them without causing too much harm. Although I work with someone who is a 6th dan and watched a few of his fights and there is no lack of contact! Where would you be looking to train?

Colin Kennedy from LDC is meant to be damn good. But I don't know what areas in Glasgow he covers.

I must say that's pretty surprising given how we played at the end of this season and a lot of talk of a cut budget! I hope it is true.

Unfortunately i've got a wedding to go to!! Although I do like a good wedding, was going to make the effort for the last game. Not been to a game in a long time.
