Just seen Paton is out. If we have a midfield three of Welsh, Bannigan and Craigen I fear thats far too light.

In the Dumbarton game minus Paton or Murray we were overrun for much of it but got off the hook, tonight was much the same and we failed to win. Against a Livi type team where you don't have to battle long ball merchants and hammer throwers we can get away without having one of them, but at least one was needed tonight and we sorely missed that sort of presence. The full backs had poor games too due to a lot of poor positioning and Sinclair in particular got no change going forward. Doolan had a very good game prior to Craig going off and won a lot despite having to feed off scraps from high balls. Impressed by McMillan as well when he came on.

Could see him being a potential replacement for O'Donnell if he leaves as rumoured. Good depth at the very least.

Seen Livi have an advertisement on their site flogging hospitality, do they stand to gain from hosting the final? Was wondering based on that and the fact they don't own the stadium.

I wouldn't say I'm nervous, but I actually feel a bit half arsed about it, which sounds quite negative, but its just the whole experience going to a game there. Shite recent record there which doesn't help, pish ground, diddy team with nae fans and likely to be doing all they can to strangle the game.

We were on the brink because of upgrades to the ground and simply playing by the rules. The upgrade to the main stand, new floodlights, undersoil heating, the JH and then again later the north stand. Never at at any time were our woes down to extravagant spending on the squad.

It was widely revealed in the press at the time that Stevie Crawford had signed a 3 year deal on 5k a week. An alarm bell if there ever was, but they ignored that though and now they're the poor unsuspecting victims in all this. I've had to endure years of seeing my club attempting to live within their means and often as a result watching utter pish, they are getting their just deserts. I remember seeing Cardle posting pictures on twitter of him and his buddies drinking champagne in marbella whilst doing the old pose to the camera showing off their flash watches. Nae wonder they're skint if hes living like that.

The last lot I have sympathy for is the fans. They enjoyed the gravy train of cup finals, europe, consistent top flight football and never muttered a word about how it was all being funded. I doubt they gave a shit about us when we were skint and we had to grubb it watching utter pish every week for years. **** them.

Aye I'd go with that or similar. I'd like to see us return to the shape that done us so well at the start of the season, with the two wing backs, the two wide players and I'd keep Bannigan in the middle for his energy with Murray out of the picture for now. It might not be a coincidence, but when the original team that started so well began to change through signings, injuries, suspensions or whatever I feel we dropped our performance levels and they weren't as consistently strong.

Know loads of folk who have been to the ICW shows in the Garage and had a great time, guys as well who have kinda lost interest in wrestling over the last few years because the Mainstream stuff from WWE has been pretty dire with the PG direction they've taken. Theres plenty of opportunity for Wrestlers from over here now. Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, Wade Barrett, loads of others like the Highlanders and Doug Williams have proven success is achieveable if you work hard and get the required break.

I have never had any less faith in a keeper to save a penalty than Scott Fox. He might as well give the taker an open goal and hope they scud it wide or over.

Murray has been woeful at times as of late, but I thought he was very good when he was on the park. He gave Bachirou nothing. Totally mindless of him though, action needs to be taken, don't play him again.

I mean look at that documentary the other night. They had to wheel out ******* Ugo Ehiogu who hasn't kicked a ball in years and he mentioned one incident from donkey's years ago where one single idiot gave him abuse at Grimsby, talk about straw clutching.

Couldnt give a shite if a footballer is gay, whether he plays for us or otherwise. What annoys me though are people who go out of their way to be offended about it. It makes for good tv I guess, to pretend like theres some sort of crusade against blacks/gays etc. Just like the Sky tv documentary the other night. Five goons at Millwall shout racist abuse and suddenly we are being told its an issue which is destroying the game.
