    We started well and scored. After about 20 minutes we stopped playing and Ayr came into it and deserved to win. How on earth did Storey not get on the score sheet, he had 2 great chances in the first 20 minutes.

    Having supported Thistle for over 55 years I never take anything for granted. But we can but hope QOS are the only team worried about play offs next week.

    Scott out for tomorrow, with head knock he got in Tuesday's game. Lets hope this is not the last goal he scores for Thistle.

    If we stay up without the play off. This and our form since January will mean Caldwell will be our manager. Lets hope we at least challenge for promotion. Was going to type similar to what GRE has put re Goodwin. Would just add not sure what Goodwin's objective would have been. No matter what happens with Alloa, Goodwin will go on to bigger and better things.

    If Caldwell is still our manager, which I fully expect he will be, I would not be surprised if Kenny was with us next season. Just to add I have never been a soothsayer.

    Thanks laukat, always good to read about a well organised Thistle team. Hope we keep it up for the last 2 games, see where we end up. Will be glad to see the end of this season. Hopefully Caldwell has learnt lessons and we will be challenging at the top end of the table next season.
