Stopped listening to this when he said Archibald should have been given more time. If anything we waited to long. The jury is still out but getting the wrong manager in to replace him might be the problem, not sacking Archibald.

Storey,Sammon and Edwards ran the Motherwell defence ragged in the first 40 minutes of that game. Didn't do it anywhere enough last season and so far we haven't done it this season.

No game this Saturday. 5 games in December,3 at home. We should win at least 2. If not I don't know how many will trust Caldwell to sign the right players to improve us.

I agree with you regarding commentators not really knowing a lot about Thistle. But listening to the radio today and hearing them talk about Storey having more of the ball than most on the park,but doing nothing with it. Our forwards making runs and getting no service. This is what I see when I go to Thistle games. Also fans who were at the game and posted their views on this forum seem to be of the same opinion as the commentators. So maybe for once they got it right.

Don't know your personal circumstances, but I am sure you have nothing to feel ashamed about. Thistle is very important to us, but life can give us circumstances that proves we take it more seriously than we should.

Two ways to look at it. Does he actually believe his statement, in which case we are in trouble. Or he might as has already been said, saying it to keep players playing and hopefully get some wins until we can get better players in. No matter 1 point out of a possible 15 is a very worrying stat. We have 5 games until the transfer window, if we have not won at least 2 of those games, I wouldn't have much confidence Caldwell will be able to sign the right players. Remember we sacked our last management team because the board didn't think they were going to get us promotion.
