Oh yeah I remember the booing!

I don't understand why with 5 mins to go Archie didn't fling Barton upfront so at least we had some sort of presence up there to try win high balls. Yet again it seems to be he settled for a defeat to a bigger side. Taking off you 2 strikers and replacing them with midfielders and then putting on mcdaid for his first game of the season I think? Every other team we play when we have a one goal lead pile players forward and put us under pressure usually with us conceding however we settled for a defeat and at one point seemed to be happy time wasting and playing the ball back to the keeper. Very frustrating.

Edwards has a shocker tonight. Couldn't control the ball couldn't pass the ball. Should have been hooked a lot earlier

Only Archie could take off both our strikers at 2-1 down and move to 3 at the back. Makes you wonder why we even bother turning up against the likes of Aberdeen. Easiest 3 points they will pick up all season.

If we can't beat the likes of Hamilton and Ross county (who hadn't scored in 4 games) at home then we do not deserve to be top 6. Our defence is leaking goals for fun and we have strikers that can't score. I don't know how someone can watch the team and believe that this team is top 6 material.

What was the thoughts on the refs decision when azeez was breaking towards the county goal and the player tripped him up with no intention for the ball? From my position in the north I thought straight red. Last week a similar incident with xhaka for Arsenal when he took the player out without an attempt for the ball when Swansea were breaking and he was issued with a red card.

Wonder what pish the players will come out with in the papers this week?

Well you could see that coming a mile off! Again we let a team who hardly threatened us all game escape firhill with a point and in the end we were very fortunate it was just a point. I know being a thistle fan is usually always heartbreak but this is just torture. For all the possesion we had we created absolutely nothing. Fox didn't have a save to make all game apart from the penalty. Every single ball into the box either never made it past the first man or any where near a thistle player. We must have had over 10 corners and didn't threaten there goal once with any of them. We didn't win the penalty picking up the second ball from a corner after a rash challenge by there player right enough. Scully - solid with not much to do. Great save at the end to get a draw Barton - won everything in the air and calm and composed on the ball Lindsay - done all the defensive stuff right though his distribution was very poor. Hope the big mans ok! Devine - decent enough performance Elliot - good going forward but every ball into the box never got past the first man. Booth - played ok but still doesn't look anywhere near where he was last time Welsh - played well first half and took his penalty well. Anonymous second half and scared of any sort of tackle Edwards - ran about and hassled the opposition but first touch and last 10 mins were poor Osman - solid enough Azeez - won most of the 50/50 and put their defence under pressure but doesn't ever look like scoring a goal Doolan - the less said about him the better. Absolute shocker today. Nothing went for him and seemed a yard behind everyone else on the pitch Gordon - thought he stood off his man for the goal. Should never have been playing left centre half Amoo - ran about but nothing much else Thought when Lindsay went off injured Archie should have moved back to our usual formation, putting gordon at right back and moving Elliot forward a bit. Created absolutely nothing bar the penalty and fox didn't have a save to make. For all we should have won the game county had the 3 best chances only scoring one of them when it was probably easier to score all three. I have no idea when we will ever win a game let alone keep a clean sheet. Archie needs to sort it out but we have been saying this for weeks now. Same old story!

I'm not sure from the line up if we are going for a back 3 with Lindsay, Devine and Barton. And to give us width going forward put in Elliot who is much better going forward than gordon

Wouldn't be overly fussed if he goes aslong as the board make the right appointment. I thinks Archie has taken the team as far as he can and maybe a new manager wouldn't be the worst thing to happen. Look at how McNamara leaving worked out for us when everyone thought it was the end of the world.

Our defence is a shambles. Devine is one of the worst defenders I can remember. Costs us goals every single week and still nobody there to replace him. For 20 minutes before the goal everyone in the ground (bar Archie by the looks of it) could see the Hamilton equaliser coming. I have no idea why we didn't do something to stop this. All that happened was we continued to punt long balls to no one for Hamilton to again pile pressure on us. Edwards was great first half but my god he was hopeless second half. His first touch is so poor he couldn't trap a bag of cement. Not one player turned up second half mins you and osman and Barton were no where to be seen. The ref was appalling as well but how can we expect to win games when it seems to be that we hand at least two goals a game to our opposition. Archie will continue to stand on the side lines with his arms folded not really doing an awful lot to instruct the team by the looks of it. Now to get drunk and forget about today!

The point that makes me laugh is you saying Liam will be brilliant. It's laughable that every mistake he makes everyone makes the excuse he's still young etc etc... the guy doesn't even do the basics of a defender right. The only reason he hasn't been dropped is there is no one to replace him with!

Him and scully in the same team give me nightmares! Scully did well yesterday and pulled off some good saves. Wasn't at fault for either goal. Can't say the same about Lindsay. His "attempt" at clearing the ball and totally missing it was laughable. Needs to stop these mistakes as this season it has already cost us a number of points. But should be dropped (if we had any backup) at least to protect his confidence.

I do appreciate what Doolan brings to the team and I am well aware of the amount of goals he has scored for thistle. It is just very frustrating when I feel he could have more with his head. I think his first touch of the ball is second to none in the league and what he does with bringing other players into play again he does well. I am giving criticism for one aspect of his play. I don't feel I am being harsh in what I say. It's just something I picked up on over the seasons and is very very frustrating as he could win a lot more headers and grab a few more goalsshould he time his jump right. On another note I felt that it was a very entertaining game of football today and end to end for the most part.

It seems to be every goal we concede is of our own doing. The team or individual players make a mistake and hand a goal to the opposition. First goal I think a few players are to blame but it didn't help lindsays fresh air kick with his right foot. Such a poor goal to lose. Second goal both ziggy (the superstar) and Devine need to do better with the hopeful cross into the box. The ref today was hopeless and one of the worst performances iv seen. I thought it was a stonewall penalty. I have no idea why lawless would go to ground when all he has to do it hit it and more than likely goes in. Too much overplaying in the final third and Doolans attempting at heading the ball is tragic. Every single time he jumps about a second early. I have no idea if he thinks if he gets up early he can hang in the air. But it's terrible and seems to be getting worse. A decent point to get when we were 2-1 down but it should have and could have been easily a win!

I can see why people don't attend. £22 for the standard that we see is laughable. If yesterday was your first game in a while then it justifies why people stay away. To go to a football match and your team are playing at home and not once do they make the keeper work is embarrassing. And all the backwards and sideways passing was a total bore.

Well that was absolutely dire. Not one player got pass marks today and as soon as the first went in not one thistle player looked interested. Cerny - chocolate ankles and when he is always gonna have these issues to have Scully as a back up is worrying Gordon - or as he wants to be known "The Superstar". If he thinks he's bigger and better than thistle then he must have the same agent as balatoni Lindsay - has no confidence what so ever and wants to get rid of the ball as quickly as he gets it. Caught out of position again and again and decision making is hopeless. But he's still only young right...??? Yawn! Devine - not good enough. Slow and again decision making is poor. Booth - can't seem to do anything right this season. Had the ball in a promising area several times today and lost it to easy everytime Osman - doesn't seem to be up to speed yet and caught out a few times Welsh - gave the ball away to often. Didn't hide right enough. Lawless - tried to work the ball on the deck but seemed to hide a lot and like other weeks it's strange how he managed to stay on the park Erskine - feel sorry for him cos he was the only player that seemed to care. Made good runs and had good control but a few times final pass was poor Azeez - big and strong but lacks composure and doesn't know what to do with his final ball. Was surprised to see him hooked at ht Doolan - one of the worst games Iv seem him play. Didn't win anything all day and wasn't a threat from the first whistle. Very very poor and far to lightweight. Scully - didn't have anything to do and can't really be blamed for the goal. Edwards - can be blamed for the goal. Gave the ball away too easy. Runs about a lot but that's really it. Archie - *shakes head*

Absolutely no foul on cerny for the goal. It was defo a thistle player (I think Lindsay) that took him out. Agree with the post and think Collum had a very good game. Didn't give Into crowd pressure especially with the hearts fans when a few decisions went against them. Hopefully he's a changed man but I have my doubts!

Last night was a disgraceful performance from the team. From the first minute Dundee Utd looked hungrier and wanted it a lot more. Sometimes these results do happen but as soon as the first went in the team downed tools and I think that's what was most disappointing. I don't rate Scully at all and on the way up when I saw he was in goals I said to my mate that we would need to score 3 to win as with him in goals it's like a 2 goal handicap to the other team. However he was probably the best thistle player and I don't think he can be at fault for the goals. He pulled off some great saves in the second half and saved us from a 5 or 6 goal defeat. The midfield of osman and Welsh were non existent. That was probably osmans worse performance in a thistle jersey and hopefully can be blamed on just coming back from injury and being unfit. Taking off amoo was a strange one as he was the only player to be getting forward and trying to get balls into the box. I felt lawless should have been hooked as especially in the first half he didn't get near the ball. I don't think syme will be getting near the first team anytime soon. He looked unfit and overweight and clearly not good enough for the first team yet. I think it's good we don't have a game this week as it will hopefully get Archie in a centre back and if we were playing Celtic and took another pumping the confidence would go through the floor. The worry is if we play like that against a good side it will easily be a 5 or 6 goal defeat. Hopefully Archie can sort it out and the team are suitably embarrassed to not let that happen again.
