Have they broken their word though ? The JT rep put to them was in their mind (and in the mind of many/most of us) not what was needed to work with the club and represent the shareholding and the fans. What if someone else was put up for the board ? Until the JT test that scenario we wont know.

Players supplying their own food doesnt equate to illness throughout the squad though. Only takes one person to get a particularly nasty flu type illness and it will be through the sqaud very quickly as they will be in fairly close contact being in the same dressing rooms on pitches etc.

They didnt have a choice Current rules say that if 75% of creditors vote for the CVA then it is passed. Brennan and Melville = more than 75% so it was a certainty Joke of an outcome , couldve lived with 25/30% but 6% is just sticking 2 fingers up at the rest of Scottish football IMO.

Seems very weird indeed. Whoever managed to get this vote passed needs their head examined IMO. The only way I could see this happening is for the ex-director shareholders to vote en masse which would give them a majority over the rest. Im including - Springford , Hughes and the McMaster Clan in those numbers. The JT itself doesnt have enough shares to do this (although in conjunction with 2 from the above then its entirely possible they could do it) Whatever happened its another nail in the fan/board relations as Jim does a ton of work on matchday for the club , who are they gonna get to do this now ?

Looks an even better save in that photo best signing in a number of years , glad we have him on a 2 1/2 year deal as if he keeps this level of performance as other bigger clubs will be looking closely at him

Why not attend the meeting on the 19th and ask them direct or send them an email ? Any email I have sent ive had a reply fairly quickly. But I agree with you would like to see some more information on this 100k shortfall and what not meeting it will mean.
