  1. He has to go NOW. **** OFF!
  2. Hes utterly hopeless. We were well warned about him before he signed. Only Kenny Brannigan might be worse for me honestly.
  3. A team of gutless ***** managed by a dour faced *******. We were beaten tonight by sheer effort. They should be mortified. The whole playing side of things needs gutted, even if we somehow someway stay up on sunday.

    Jim Duffy

Duffy stabilised Morton, he also got Clyde to the play-offs despite financial constraints. He may not be a terrific manager, but hes adapted from the dinosaur reputation he had only a handful of years ago.
  5. Utter garbage. Major changes needed at the club regardless of the outcome of the season.
  6. To be honest, should the manager stay or go is on the back burner for at least one game for me, next game should be all about honouring Lambie, and it might just be the inspiration we need to begin to get ourselves out of this mess. Lets turn up in numbers to honour the great man and give the team a chance. Would be great IMO to see ex players there in their droves as guests of the club as well. Lets make it a day to remember and to send Lambie out the right way. Hope we get so much more than just a minutes silence and a dedicated match programme. As someone else said, without JL there wouldn't be a North Stand and I feel it would be fitting to see it named after him.
  7. We're now officially matching Murdo's team, with several games to go. **** of a season.
  8. Kinda off topic. I am not a fan in the slightest of Osman these days, but @ing him on twitter to give him stick is just absolute cuntish stuff. Old Firm behaviour.
  9. "cliche, cliche, cliche, cliche, cliche" - end of interview
  10. Archie - bitterly disappointing, wanted a reaction at half time, didnt defend, achilles heel (again), hugely concerning, need to get a reaction/bounce, cant feel sorry for ourselves, got to stick together, dig in, kick on. Archie's post match interview there, the usual uninspiring book of cliches. The fans need a boost let alone the players. He couldn't have sounded any more passive.
  11. Our captain is more interested in selling t-shirts than playing football. Sums up this crop.
  12. Ayr, Dundee Utd, Dunfermline, Falkirk, Inverness, Livi, Morton, Queen of the South, Raith - we'd do well to avoid a Sunderland in that league. Back down for another decade.
  13. Jagzone was nonsense, and to think I pay a tenner a month for it. A shambolic special kind of shite this. 3-0 down after an hour against another struggler is amongst as spineless a display as was seen under the likes of Murdo and the Dickster. I have no faith in Archibald and this team of fairies to get back up.
  14. Yeah, and you were guaranteed four games against the top teams then.
  15. We fought a lot better yesterday than I had seen for a while. We still lacked any attacking threat though. I counted one good chance from Sammon aside from the dubious chopped off goal. Hibs, minus McGinn looked very ordinary, but were streetwise enough to grind out a win in a scrappy game. I'd have said pre-season that a strike force of Doolan, Storey and Sammon would be good enough to earn you 8th or 9th in this league. I've no idea how Storey had that season at Inverness, hes basically Azeez mark 2, with probably less of a physical presence. Brainless footballer who can play at 100 mph and nothing else. We are lowest scorers in the league and haven't scored from open play in four games. Time the likes of Osman move on as well. Looks a shadow of the player he was. Was very lucky not to get himself sent off in the 1st half for a needless two footed tackle. This last calendar year pretty much now has been utterly miserable. Crap results, crap football. Winnable game on Tuesday at least....
  16. I just listened to Archie's jagzone interview. The most cliche filled pile of pish ever. didnt defend well enough, manner in which we lose goals, don't learn from last week, marginally better side, created a couple of opportunities, switched off, no excuse, bitterly disappointed, doesnt think the last few years matter in terms of late goals, all about switching off, played worse and won, can't afford to switch off, should have at least had a point, opportunities didnt fall to right players, defenders, not strikers, felt we caused them problems for much of the first half but lost our way slightly, were better in the second half, but just didn't happen, they had no threat from the wings, we've got to learn from it and focus on saturday, hopeful the boys can dig themselves out of it, enough in the dressing room inspiring stuff!
  17. Totally spineless and the same problems for 5 years now. Theres no way in a million years I'd back this crew of bottle merchants to go to middens like Greenock and grind out results week on in end in the 1st division, let along stay up in this league. Danny Devine wouldn't get a game for just about every team in that league. The arse has fallen right out of Archie's reign. There has always been cracks, but the roof has completely caved in now.
  18. There's got to be a sense of realism in it. We were beaten at home by an under strength, average Rangers team, we now go to play Celtic on their ground who haven't lost a domestic game at home in how long? This prior to three huge matches. I personally don't want to see anyone risked with any concerns given the problems we've had keeping players fit all season.
  19. My issue with that defeat is that the team Rangers put out was as weak as we'll ever see from them. No Dorrans, Jack, McCrorie, Wallace, Alves, Morelos on the bench yet as usual we showed them far too much respect. I worry about us in games with a big expectant crowd. We freeze in these games very often, even when the quality of the opposition isn't far off our own team. Some of the boys have a lower league, small club mentality ripping out of them in these games. I'm worried about seeing proven losers like Spittal in a pressure situation, even against a duff championship team. Would bite your hand off for 10th just now. Saturday is a write off.
  20. Martin Canning gets death threats for less.
  21. Hard to remain positive, even all the games we've won have been scrappy verging on the flukey.
  22. The change Kilmarnock have undergone from Jig to Steve Clarke has been huge. I can't see them being in any danger now. Bottom three will be any one of us, Dundee and Accies, I feel confident in saying that even at this point. Would bite your hand off for 10th.
  23. All things considered it's not the worst tie. It is a hard game, but it's not the dooms day scenario like drawing Celtic would have been.
  24. We should never have been in a position where we have had to rely on him as much as we have recently. He was offered to every single club in the Championship on loan and not one would take him, thats from a very reliable source- a major sponsor of the club. Against Stranraer he was given a chance, a team two divisions below and he was awful. Likewise against a very good Hibs team. He had limited appearances last year and didn't really show anything. He was better the other night, a lot better than he has been, which surprised a lot of people. He has to keep that up, and even at that, we still need new bodies to avoid putting pressure on him. If people want to be critical of him, then, I'd say thats their choice. I was. Much in the same way I respect he had a much better game the other night and looked like he was up for it.
