  1. Can't believe people are getting concerned about whether we're ready for the Premier league at this stage. More immediate concerns.
  2. I called the club and was told that, as non-seaaon ticket holder, my first opportunity would be 4pm Tuesday. I've never previously bought on Fanbase, and ive always bought from the Thistle site as a "guest" so I suppose I can't really prove that I'm not a dodgy St Mirren fan.
  3. I don't seem able to buy tickets. Just getting this message. Despite the fact that it initially directed me to register with Fanbase, which I did.
  4. The passion, energy and commitment of our young fanbase is bringing something special to the club, and will make us stronger in the future. Credit to them, and I wonder how much the kids for free deal had to do with us having so many.
  5. Well done to St Johnstone. They've maintained their consistency throughout the season. We made them work for it, and while we dropped points here and there, no one can reasonably say we handed it to them (though some probably will). In a way I think it's not a bad thing for us that it's now settled. No last minute heartbreak. Can focus on the playoffs in positive mood.
  6. If we can win on Saturday then I reckon in St Johnstone's boots I'd be quaking
  7. I see St Johnstone aren't playing next weekend. Thistle need to win and get it back to two points, then put the pressure on them to go to Dunfermline and win.
  8. Only three short of our 2001/2002 total
  9. Glass half full... Rather than running out of games, staying in it until the very end. If St Johnstone haven't completely shaken us off with only two games to go, does that crank the pressure up?
  10. Could have just said "some time" and saved a lot of words
  11. If anyone still fancies Dunfermline for second you should get a bet on an accumulator. The odds of all 10 games going in their favour are about 60,000 to 1. Get £20 on it and you could be a millionaire by May.
  12. St Johnstone only need to lose one game and we can take it to the last game. In that respect I think the point was important today. I know I'm being super-optimistic, and the truth is that I don't expect us to win the league. But if we go into the last game within 2 points, anything can happen
  13. Fair play to the Jags fans. Was listening to the radio and heard the huge cheer go up, surely a home goal. Then heard Kris Doolan come on and I was like, oh no. Turned out to be Thistle goal.
  14. It was poor decision making. It wasn't bias
  15. Yasss. No worse than second now. Never been top. Its a beautiful.position to be in. Its like being on the shoulder coming round the last bend.
  16. It feels like since about early October ourselves and St Johnstone have been pretty much matching each other game for game. We've never passed them, but I think we've also never been more than about 5 points behind (except with games in hand)
  17. Go on. Say something positive. You know you want to.
  18. Hard to argue with it given the season we've had
  19. I reckon one more win probably puts us beyond Arbroath's reach, which in itself would be a good thing. Would be nice to get the missing players back fresh for the playoffs, should we need them.
  20. Going away to Raith Rovers midweek in the situation we are in, with a depleted squad and hanging on to St Johnstone, and winning. I think that's one of our best results this season. And if I was a St Johnstone fan I think it would be a sickener. Not getting carried away. But if we keep this up it will put pressure on them.
