  1. Nice. Fits with the traditional setting. We should get fluffy covers on the toilet seats. (Are there toilet seats?)
  2. Can we bring the soap?
  3. I think the patronising response may have been recycled for effect. I wouldn't take it personally. Apologies if I'm misrepresenting you Ian.
  4. I'm reluctant to bite. My suspicion is that when you were all upset about getting moved out of the North Stand for the last Celtic game, that this was the line you were fed by the board, or by whoever, and now you're exaggerating that into a ridiculous situation to prove a point. My view was always that there seemed valid reasons for the move into the main Stand, though I'd grant that these reasons were mainly due to Celtic fans' inability to act in a civilsed manner (but that doesn't surprise us), and therefore a bit hard to swallow. And I'd respect your reasons for being annoyed. Either way your latest suggestion is ridiculous, but I think you know that.
  5. I do always find it a strange term. "International class" depends entirely which team you're talking about. It's like saying "professional league class" which could cover anything from La Liga to the SPFL Championship.
  6. Can't believe that some of the suggestions on here are serious. The same guys who spat the dummy about their seats being moved are now proposing that we should just give them the whole stadium in the interests of maximising revenue. Cutting off your nose to spite your face, throwing toys out the pram, or just making a crazy suggestion to prompt debate? I'm not sure (hopefully the latter). Anyway, I love Celtic games. And I'll be there (unless the board decide that it's a brilliant idea and I find myself locked out of my own team's vital home game). I'd love to beat them and I wouldn't care if they won the title while losing, or even drawing with us. It would make us look good and I couldn't care less how it makes them look.

What was it? I'd have thought that a different experience was part of the plan. But I don't know, so genuinely just interested.
  8. Couldn't we just title this thread, "Derek Adams is a complete wanger". Then it could go viral.
  9. I don't think NI have ever had many players who kick with more than one foot. It's usually one, it's sometimes the other.
  10. Lee McCulloch will put him straight. There's not a league in Scotland that's significantly better than the one they're in now.
  11. See Sally's in the press today squealing about how he needs more money to spend on players. They're unbelievable.
  12. It's just the odd person. And he is really odd.
  13. Is Good Cup back or are you taking the pss? Good luck to Paton. I don't mind him and he was good for us. Shame we wasted him at full-back for three years.
  14. That "poor" points return was six points from five games. And we were struggling for players at the time (e.g. Muirhead in midfield). It wasn't exactly a disaster. Obviously nothing is guaranteed. But it's all to play for and I reckon we have a decent chance in every game we play from here on in. So Hibs is important but it's far from being all or nothing. Obviously celtic's a bit of a stretch but you never know.

    Hibs

I don't go too much on form. I think the last game is important, because that's what you're following on from, but it don't see that what we did three, five or ten games ago has much bearing on what we do next. Everyone has good spells and bad spells.
  16. Is Buauben a better option that Craigen? I think my feeling is that it is just good to have some experience in the midfield alongside Bannigan and Fraser, but I've not been convinced that he's a better player in that position. Wasn't there today, was he the most advanced of the three?
  17. I don't think there's any way of knowing whether a St Mirren or Kilmarnock win was a better result. depends where they are at the end. However a draw would have been better, two points rather than three. Interesting that there's no head to head six pointers between now and the split, unless you count Hibs. I think we can catch Hibs but if we do I think we'll be clear of the others, I don't see Hibs in the play off, but you never know. Anyway, today kind of consolidates last week. Onwards and upwards

    Hibs

I don't think it's arrogance. Seven points isn't that much when you consider that if we'd beaten them at Firhill, which we should have, we'd only be one point behind. I'm not saying that we should be above them, Thistle only have themselves to blame for many of this season's hard luck stories, but I do believe that Thistle have better players and a better way of playing and are well capable of catching Hibs.

We're better than Hibs. Should be looking to finish above them

    Our Team

Generally agree, but to like to think we'd be like Hibs? Nah.
  21. I'd have to think about that, whereas slagging Rangers is easy and I can throw it in during my busy schedule.
  22. Money saving tips from a "Rangers" fan?
  23. Derek Adams needs to make an apology for being Derek Adams.
