We ll see. Many thistle fans didn't predict our performance level last time round in the play offs. You may have been in that camp too. Let's cut to the chase and forget the referee conspiracy nonsense. That's too OF for my liking. Nb the ref was v good today as others have said.

Poor game overall. Both teams missed several chances. Only pluses a clean sheet and didn't lose.

As confident as any thistle fan can be going into this one. Last 6 we have gathered 14 points and are unbeaten. Ayr I suspect will play for a draw. As long as we keep up our current momentum....what's not to like?

All games are loseable if that's where your perspective takes you. You could possibly replace loseable with winnable. Hey presto glass half full.

We are saving that for the play offs.

I think if we were 4 1 up against cove we could do that.

An interesting slant on things. Alas without our strongest starting line up we may be 4 0 down by the time they came on....

Thought fitzy was poor today, but the problem is we are too reliant on him having a good day. When he did go off we had zero attacking threat. I was critical of the team today, but the bigger picture is we have won three in a row and shored up the defence. Just need to get our midfield sorted.

True, but we got lucky today. I'm generally pretty positive about PTFC, but it really was a joyless performance, bar the defence.

Awful performance today. But we won. Looked like we had 9 men second half!
