  1. It has. But our defence is far more solid in the vast majority of games. The results don't lie.....
  2. Look at our last 7 or 8 pressure games. Think we won 5 out the last 8 or 9? We won 3 of our last 4. We won the games post Tenerife gate and envelope gate. The anti Caldwell brigade are coming up with zero apart from t hey dislike his manner. Our results since January have been excellent. How can you argue objectively against that? He has prevailed. The team has prevailed. The fan bois have prevailed.
  3. My view entirely. Been an arduous season but it's self evident we have shown signs of being a decent team. That is worth a bit of a celebration for all jags fans tonight. Cheers!
  4. Yeah great. 2 tools in 1566
  5. Looks like envelope gate worked. Credit where credit is due. A real team effort. Have to say I was impressed once again with McgInty. Immense. Great to see banzo taking responsibility with the pen.
  6. A great performance under pressure. The save by sneddon at 2 nil top class.
  7. Ah. Then again delegation better that relegation lol. Anyway en route to maryhill to pick up supporters bus. Hopefully a happy journey back!
  8. Seems a good shout to me. Who knows how that plastic pitch will effect us.
  9. Some think boaby has a fine sense of humour. But in still game he is found to be the proverbial ass. Sometimes reality does replicate fiction. On the hook. Reeling you in bit by bit
  10. The irony of your pious words is plain for all to see. Let's hope you don't get your ultimate wet dream. Back to back delegations may raise your semi to a glorious ephiphany. Make your weekend i would imagine.
  11. Alas Boaby that is what the forum punters think of you.
  12. 1100 tickets sold so far. Let's hope some don't get locked out....any word on dobbie playing or not?
  13. Wow. You have never made that point before. It's like going into the pub and for the barman ( for example Boaby from still game ) to repeat on a nightly basis the same point over and over. We all know of course that Boaby is rarely right and if he is it's by accident not design. Anyway I am now officially looking forward to the game. Would be hilarious if I end up standing next to sandy, semi and jls.
  14. I realise you are being condescending. I don't agree with your assessment. As plenty have said on here they will give Caldwell more time IF he keeps us up. If he doesn't I have no problem with him getting the boot. It is fine margins. Unlike you I can see both sides. What's your problem with that?
  15. Nobody was baying for his blood. People were unhappy. But no one was foaming at the mouth. That was my experience. As i have said repeatedly that mood will change if the worst happens.
  16. Well around me people were too depressed by the result to do nothing but trudge out. Maybe you draw the discontented and irate fringe to you, like a moth to a flame?
  17. Don't you just love democracy lol. Agreed the camps are split. Saturday will be a fundamental factor.
  18. That being the case he clearly stated the issue has in fact bonded the players. Is that not a good thing? If the players don't have a problem with it why should the fans? Well about 8 of them
  19. So essentially you are calling Stuart Bannigan a liar?
  20. Agree. More of the former two please
  21. Excellent. Humour definitely the answer in these trying times
  22. Enlightenment can be a slow process but you got there in the end. The bore bois v the fan bois. All good banter.
  23. Well. Plenty on here pick the team on a weekly basis. Why not give the players a go? Some agree with the idea. Some don't. Plenty are ambivalent. Someone once said there is no such thing as bad publicity....but that was before fitba forums.
  24. Fraught? I think not. It's a forum. I don't get over wrought about my team. It has served me well over the long years.
