I think Craigen would do a good job ,knows the club and might have some fresh ideas although neilson would be best imo ,can’t see us beating united to his signature though.

Have to say I do feel hurt by this ,it was undoubtedly time ,but it’s no less easier. What Archie has done for this club as both a player and a manager over 20 years is astounding and we should be forever greatful to him. It breaks my heart that it ended the way it did but the jig was up and thinking positively I do actually think we have a squad with the potential to push and do a lot of damage in this league with the correct new guidance. Thank you for the memories. Archibald’s red and yellow army.

Fantastic news ,big credit to Gerry and co ,with a lot of hard work we’ve hopefully pinched an absolute steal off many bigger rivals who weren’t prepared to put in that hard work! Here’s hoping it was all worthwhile.

You have to worry about the Structure of our club right now deeply. Right from the bottom to the top.

One thing that does frustrate me is how after our 2 league wins there is for that week no mention of Archie’s head and as soon as we lose the pitch forks are out. I agree that Archie should go but I find it extremely frustrating how it flares up and down from 0-100 every Saturday. If you want him gone don’t go silent every time we scrape a 1-0 home win at Firhill then come back out all guns blazing the next week as if that 1-0 win the previous week had changed anything.

You hope somewhere along the season we will be stuck in a stalemate or a bad position and he’ll come on and do something magic ,the wildcard as you said ,and maybe something like this will allow him to kick on a little bit longer term and perhaps become a 2 year project. Got to remember the lads not even 21 yet which can only be a positive.

Sad as it is to say I think storer is a waste of a wage ,I don’t deny there’s a player in there somewhere but he sadly spends more time talking sh*te on his social media and having cards waved in his face than he does actually playing football. Here I was thinking we had found a cult hero for the season... SO FAR though very far from it.

I can’t quite believe how Spittal continues to start ,it simply astounds me. I am hard pushed to remember the last good game he played for us since the group stages of the league cup 2 seasons ago. He’s is weak ,frustrating ,lacks any dig whatsoever ,has no desire and in my personal opinion was one of the biggest shambles of last seasons relegation squad ,yet somehow he seems to be the first name on the team sheet every week. Wouldn’t even make my bench of mutumbo storey quitongo fitzy squidy storer are all fit.

How about we get behind new singing and support them up until they have actually done something to merit a slagging ,the boy Jeffries from Dundee on his Twitter is filled with the most negative comments ,footballers use social media in today’s society and I’m sure most likely will end up seeing these things ,what do people think this does to the boys confidence seeing nothing but dismay from fans of the team he has just joined.
