That is depressing. But now is as good a time as ever to win there; they haven't yet won a league game at home this season. McDairmid Park is another ground with absolutely nothing but miserable memories for me.

Now there's a good idea! The first of two things I'm sure about; the second I'm not, but here goes: 1) Of the money that BL got for his medal, half went to STJ, and half he donated to Whittlets Victoria, for whom he was still playing at the time! 2) The medal was actually bought by somebody in the picture at Firhill, and it was in the trophy display cabinet at least for some time.

That's a delicate one. Maybe the best approach would be to send them a friendly message enquiring about the arrangments for reimbursement of your expenses. Unless you've indicated to them otherwise, I see no problem with pointing out that you are only making the enquiry because your current financial situation is not optimal (while reminding them that you are keen on the job). I wouldn't go as far as to ask for the money up front! At the very least it would clarify (if it's not yet clear) that they will indeed reimburse you. I've heard of invitations to interviews where in the small print you can read that you'll only get reimbursed IF they offer you the job and IF you accept it!

BL was definitely on fine form at Hampden on Saturday! What I loved about his style of play was that when he went on a run, instead of keeping the ball under close control he would usually knock it far in front of him and then just belt after it. Just like one of his beloved dugs after a hare. It was great to watch.

Points all taken! I 'm thinking more of their posture and the way they bustle into players to try to win the ball back. Park was indeed a great winger. If Cairney continues to progress, he may well become a Jags legend.
