By the way, you probably shouldn't have used Thompson for your point, seen as he's probably the best pundit they have. He's just a tall Pat Nevin. He does at least know the players of the teams in the division, which is more than can be said for half of the pundits. Maybe contempt is the wrong word, but I feel that if they can't have the pundits watch as close to 90 minutes of each game as possible then they're not treating the league with any respect. I guess I forgot about the fact that the show is on a Sunday, but it is still obvious that the pundits often don't watch the full matches.
