We should enjoy this player while we can looks destined to play at a higher level he will be twentynine next year. apart from playing in the championship with doncaster (after three years playing nonleague football), he has been a league one and league two player the last four seasons. dumbuya is a talent, no argument, possibly a late developer in his career, but at twentynine what level (higher than scottish premiership) could he go to? sure, he will get another club if he leaves us, but that's him another year older and starting out with a new club again, and no guarantee he fits in as well elsewhere as he does with us. perhaps, at his age, he will find the appeal of being a highly valued and important mainstay as well as being a firm fan favourite in the thistle team more appealing, than constantly changing teams, and decide to spend a few years in wonderful maryhill. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
