hoopster
The reason Queen's Park is poor is its amateur code. If it abolished the amateur code, QP has a larger chance. If the PTFC went bust, then we should move to QP and change it to professional Glasgow City FC. Oh dear. You must try harder to wind people up. And the japanese site is selling our old away kit. Current one is much nicer than that one.
lineens weegie army
This thread is comedy gold! And how can QPFC be poor? they don't pay their players anything, and own one of the best football stadiums in Europe. (OK, I don't believe that last bit, but UEFA seem to think so )
sigesige00
Do we have anything against Queen's Park? We don't like Clyde, but we have nothing against Queen's Park. I have QP's home shirt. Merger with QP is out of question?

uberteeb
Is it wrong to be of the opinion, "at least if we go down we are out of this boring league"? I was away for virtually the whole season we spent in the 2nd recently, frankly I wouldn't mind the change. We won't go bust, we will find a way, we always do. Ma Ba'
BECAUSE of it's amateur status QPFC will outlast PTFC no doubt
The Legend Blows
If we went down, what would our current board do,would they walk or would they hang on or would Thistle go bust?y Way to optimistic. Should have read, when we go down.
kni
Queen's Park is poor, because of its amateur code. If it abandoned the amateur code, it will a serious alternative to the Old Firm. And we can sell Firhill to Glasgow Warriors. That will ease financial problem. If we found a billionaire, we can reach to the SPL in 3 years, like Gretna did. Queen's Park own Hampden. Glasgow Warriors could not afford to buy Firhill. There are many better prospects than us to attract wealthy Arabs and Russians. Next!
