Why Were There No Sfl Games On Saturday?

In England, Leagues One and Two played in good weather but there was no SFL programme. With Scotland playing way on Friday evening, this was a total waste of an opportunity for other clubs (not in the Challenge Cup) in our Divisions One and Two to get some decent gate money. Instead, there is a full programme on Tuesday 22nd March. The weather forecasters are predicting another long, hard winter so there could be fixture congestion in March. Alternatively, the league season could have started a week later or we could have had a break in January. A wasted opportunity or am I being too critical?

Talking about missing games, how many will be absent in our rearranged fixture with QoS? It's always the case that crowds are down for a midweek match. Also Queens usually bring a decent support on a Saturday but can't see many making the trip midweek in winter.

That feckin' Challenge Cup :mad2: You hardly make any money when you're in it. You even lose money when you're out of it

There were 1,000 less fans at Dingwall on Saturday compared to our league game just a week earlier. The weather was great so the fans could not afford it or just don't respect the Challenge Cup as a competition.

Ross County have a funny habit of having figures vary like that in league c.f. cup games.

I'm saying nothing.
