Clinically Depressed
........from the reserve game against QoS. Thistle won 2-0 thanks to 2nd half goals from Ross McGeough - a majestic TOTALLY DELIBERATE strike from way out on the right touchline, and Shaun Fraser from close range after using his strength to win out on a challenge. Pics will follow soon(ish), as well as some from Sundays under-17 game against Berwick Rangers (6-1 win) and the under-19 one against Livingston (3-1 loss). GrantB
Good to hear that MacBeth came through the 90 mins unscathed and that our 2 goals were scored by guys from the u19's.

northernsoul
Great to see MacBeth played the full 90 minutes. Hope we see him in the first team in the near future too.
lady-isobel-barnett
Great to see MacBeth played the full 90 minutes. Hope we see him in the first team in the near future too. It was fairly clear that Ryan needed the outing today. Same could be said for Ross McGeough. Best way to describe his goal would be think of Maxie's a couple of seasons ago up at Dens against Rab Douglas. Different wing and different foot but just as lucky effective . Thought Jamie Campbell did more than enough today to justify a squad place on Saturday. Considering he was playing out of position at left wingback for much of the game (I thought he may have played the last wee while at centre mid) he did really well. Btw nobody seems to confirm but I was sure their No 5 was Bob Harris (played sort of sweeper role) and if so it was him that Fraser dispossessed for the other goal.
