There is no Health and Safety legislation that says this can't happen, it just needs to be planned. Events such as this are stopped because folk are scared somebody gets injured ans sues, its all about covering backsides and has nothing to do with health and safety! It would be a great event! They usually go flying high over the bing, or trickle past the post with barely enough strength to reach the barrier. The burgers and drumsticks would be pretty safe!
