Blackpool Jags Posted December 16, 2011 Report Share Posted December 16, 2011 Speaking of European heads of state, or in this case a former one, I see former French Tory, Jacques Chirac, was too 'mentally weak' to defend himself earlier this week when he got convicted of corruption. Good thing the judge took into account his 'condition' when passing sentence, allowing him to remain out of the pokey.
