    They played Kilmarnock U-20s at Firhill last night. Kenny Shiels was talking about going to this game during Archie's BBC radio interview... Makes you love the OF even more doesn't it? They'll probably buy Firhill for their Colts to play on when their first teams have a big European game coming up...

    I have to say, I find it hard to believe that any Jags fan isn't up for this cup final. Win, lose or draw, it'll be an absolutely cracking day (and night) out. And, as an earlier poster suggested, some welcome relief from the tension of the league run-in - mulling over the permutations of which is starting to do my nut in... 'MON THE JAGS FANS!!!!!

    I would too if it tallied up. Official history book indicates Doug S. scored 101 goals for Thistle in the individual player record pages; yet if you count his goals in the season records for 1974-79, it only adds up to 84 in total.

    Firstly, congratulations to Kris Doolan on reaching, and passing, the 50 goals milestone last night. Great stuff!!! Does anyone know the source of the Wikipedia figure of 101 goals for Doug Somner? The Official History book lists 84 goals for D.S. - 83 in competitive matches, and 1 in a friendly.
