This is a great idea and anything which can help to secure the future lifeblood of the game should be applauded. My only addition to the topic is that in my experience the 'kids go free'scheme is still not marketed effectively enough outwith Thistle circles. i still can't believe the amount of Glasgow based punters who don't know about it.
But hats off to all concerned.
My big concern is that the SPL chairmen have only come out with a 'no' vote because they have already got some kind of SFL agreement that Rangers will only go into Division 1 and therefore anticipate having their cash cow back in a year. This way the SPL chairmen look to have done the right thing and the SFL chairmen roll over like a lap dog and do what they're told.
They should be allowed nowhere near the 1st Division. And Beattie should hang his head in shame re his comments.
In addition to hopefully a decent away day in England, the priority should be to get Celtic back to Firhill. Not sure what it costs to bring what was effectively a reserve team but there must have been decent money in it for us.
Some good finishing although Queens looked abysmal. Had to laugh at the Queens number 9 heading the ball (6 mins 50 seconds in) - don't know what he was thinking!.
Personally i don't think the location of kids zone, hospitality or police box has any bearing on the atmosphere. There is just a general apathy about the club from top to botton at the moment and these things are the least of our worries!!
Can anyone with the required knowledge provide a general update with regards to the current directors (associate or otherwise) and their position / involvement / shareholding etc.
Obviously several names are banded about and comments are made re how they came to own their shares and whether they have a conflict of interest following the Propco deal.
Pardon my ignorance but i'm not too sure how the current Board and other shareholders is made up.
Thanks in advance if anyone can shed any light on this.
Two full weekend tickets with camping available due to illness. Tickets are in my hand having been delivered last week.
We also have a booking at Lethangie Campsite (for those in the know - this is the one they call 'the posh campsite') as we decided to book here as opposed to staying at the main campsite which is included with the tickets. It's a couple of miles from T and they run shuttle buses back and forward.
If interested either post here or PM me.
Thanks
