Wasn't at the game yesterday but the highlights of Accies goals show yet more shambolic defending. I definitely think the loss of Frans has significantly weakened us. He was horrendously slow but the number of clean sheets we kept when he was in the team was staggering. Perhaps because he exuded so much confidence for the rest of the defence (similar situation with Seaborne)? Clearly the opposite is happening with Devine at the back and we look horrendous. As mentioned before the lack of options is criminal and could be the difference between us staying up this season. The next 3 games are huge,all realistically winnable, but also potential for disaster.

Thought it was a very entertaining game yesterday where we played some very good stuff at times. The two goals we lost were very preventable which is a worry as we seem to be leaking goals left,right and centre. Thought Scully was excellent yesterday, the save down low in the first half was world class and it was the most confident I have seen him look. Amoo was absolutely fantastic and really does make us look more positive going forward. Credit to Lawless who put in a very good showing after a long run of poor performances. We need to get it sorted defensively or we will continue to be down at the bottom end of the table!

What an absolute clusterf*ck of a performance today. I would love to know what Lawless has to do to be dropped, the guy has been stinking for ages now. Osman also continues to be poor and still seems to be miles off the pace. Back four was also abysmal. Could not believe it when I saw Welsh had waltzed back into the team at the expense of Edwards. Edwards and Azeez were the only players who seemed up for it today. I'm also not seeing what Doolan is bringing to the team at the moment, totally anonymous again today. All talk of top 6 should be off, survival is the key and based on today it could be a long season.

Absolutely magnificent in the first half, we were fantastic to watch. Second half was poor although Stenny definitely pressed the wings more and made it harder to break them down. We desperately need a commanding centre half. Lindsay will cost us goals unless he wisens up a bit. I think we will out-score a lot of teams this season as we look brilliant going forward. Pleased with our progress so far when you consider how badly a lot of the Premiership teams have done!

Plenty of room for improvement but some really encouraging stuff last night. Azeez could cause all sorts of problems for the opposition.

I've said it before but if you want to postpone a league game for a glamour friendly then you should be forfeiting the points for that game.

Muirhead is a guy I would like to see us take a punt on. Definitely a lot of potential.

Very happy with this. Always puts in a shift and a very good option off the bench. This is the first season since we've been back up where we are going into pre season with a really good squad.

That was a total and utter disgrace. Disgusting performance. When you pay your money at the gate you don't expect to win every game but you do expect the players to show some effort. There was none of that today. Scully is the only one to escape criticism and he helped keep the score down. Defence were a shambles,Seaborne and Lindsay looked like they had never met. Dumbuya was poor and kept getting caught to far up the field. Where to even begin with Sean Welsh. Kindly collect your things and f**k off out the door please. Rest of the midfield looked lost and were easily out-muscled. Lawless can also f**k off as far as I am concerned, he hasn't kicked a ball all season and looked uninterested. Make no mistake we are in all sorts of trouble here. Where are the points going to come from over the last 3 games?

Giving Sean Welsh a two year deal looks more ridiculous by the game. Not good enough at this level. Never mind worrying about next season we are still not safe yet.

Not enough goals throughout the team this season. We deserve to be bottom six.

This is becoming a total embarrassment and will probably be putting a big squeeze on our finances. Sadly with the canal problem I think an astro pitch will soon be a necessary business decision for the club. Absolutely no chance of Tuesday night being on according to the forecast. Worrying times.

What the f**k does Sean Welsh have on Archie that keeps him playing every week. Another absolutely abject display from him today.

We are really good at the back.Yet another clean sheet and you have to admire big Freddie, he waited patiently and has come back in with two clean sheets and played great. I just wish Welsh would be dropped, he adds nothing going forward.

Without being too cynical-and knowing if it is true- does anyone else feel like this is another Baird/Eclleston/Pogba signing in terms of quality?

Surely an astroturf pitch should be considered?

Does anybody know when he is due to be back? Seems to have had no luck this season at all. As seen with his performance down at Rugby Park he can really make a difference to us.

It was an easy victory last night. The midfield and defence were far stronger and technically better. St Mirren had everyone behind the ball for most of the game which made it hard to breakdown so very happy to be in the hat for the draw on Monday.

My mate works for St Mirren. He told me we had sold around 1500 tickets as of this morning. Reckon it will be around 2000 jags fans tomorrow night.

Talking of St Mirren, my mate who works for them told me that we have sold more tickets than them for this. Obviously a lot of home fans will pay at the gate but it should be a big away support and I'm looking forward to it.
