  1. It looks like its going to get messy http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17079011?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=sportsound
  2. Dear Mr Salmond, I am not going to pay my taxes for the next 9 years instead going to spend it on booze, clothes & loose woman, I was advised by wee shug down the pub that this is ok, please fight my case with HMRC if this goes wrong, as you have helped out Mr Whyte. Sincerely Mr Norge Thistle
  3. Think airdrie & Clydebank, keep the registered name change location and trading/playing name airdrie are still registered as Clydebank
  4. Ellis & Whyte were "allegedly" at a game 2 weeks ago in the Donny directors box as guests
  5. Huge rumours Doncaster rovers will be bought and taken over by Rangers as a way for post liquidated club to play in England
  6. We cut costs (to the detriment of the playing staff) so we could pay the full amount back and not go into administration, yes we were lucky but we done the morally correct way, we could have ran up loads more debts made a big soft debt to a director and went admin leaving the suppliers with 3 or 4 pence in the pound
  7. We offered the tax man a sensible payment plan for a start, not 15 years like Rangers whilst still paying extortionate wages for a club on the brink, or took a 20 million loan out with a ticket company months before going into admin
  8. Just heard the administrator on the radio making the statement "the priority is the club" surely the priority should be the creditors, and Cousins registration still hasn't been processed lets see if the SFA now down to Rangers and let it go through
  9. Back to Ireland, Forfar, Elgin, London maybes start supporting there home team
  10. If HRMC can prove that the company deliberately with held tax due to it then the company owner can face a custodial sentence, unlike the "big tax" case where they could plead ignorance, revenue could try to prove this was deliberate especially with all going on
  11. A few differences with what happened to us and Rangers, when we realised admin was close, we cut costs, Rangers go out and give a guy a £7.5K a week contract plus bonuses. Our fans rallied round at save the jags raising £500k I think, Murray asked the fans for help over a year ago saying he would match what they did, £200K raised how many Rangers fans compared to Jags fans? Now if every so called Rangers fan in the Uk put £50 in how much would that raise? Rangers have known this was coming for years but have blamed BBC etc as a conspiracy Whyte will asset strip now and walk away with a profit, it's what he does.
  12. Oh and the sports minister Shona Robinson can GTF all this nonsense about Rangers being this that, loss of jobs etc, never heard you coming out when Dundee, Gretna or anyone else was in trouble or any sports minister for that end
  13. £100 Million by some reckonings, no chance of pulling out of that.
  14. Got it in a nutshell, they believe the tax man can't get his money if they go admin before the ruling.... They may be in for a wee shock
  15. If I remember correctly were rangers not the only club during the save the jags days that tried to charge us for a signed ball/top to auction off where Man u etc all supplied them?
  16. Yes, until the judgement is delivered (next week!!) they are not a creditor
  17. The administration is to try to fend off the tax man, they don't have the tax bill yet so they are trying to get out of it by being in administration firstly so they can tell the tax man you can't touch us were in admin, and your not our major creditor at time of administration
  18. Manager picks, trains and motivatess the team..... none of which seem to be working. Buck stops with him im afraid
  19. 5 Goals for us since start of November not counting Culter, thats less than 1 every 2nd game......Pish
  20. Well hearts may not be there in 7 days if the tax man gets his way
  21. Why have we got thousands of pounds sitting about a property that lies empty alot and doesn't really need day to day cash (or vast amounts), our last home game was 10 days ago so why we have cash like this lying about is beyond me, unless our sponsers paid us cash I'm hand. Scum the thieves, fools the club for having this amount of cash on the premises
  22. Apparently Rangers have asked strathclyde's finest for a large presence outside Ibrox tomorrow for crowd control. So either there signing Tevez or its a day for bad news
  23. Booze... going out with 1 girl and waking up with her pal!!!
