I cant see Killie successfully replacing Boyd. Also think they may need to make cutbacks they spent money foolishly again such as buying Eremenko and more than hoping they would get the rewards on increased attendances which did not happen. Also think ICT may struggle dont think John Hughes is going to take them forward

I think its ridiculous that St Mirren are even considering releasing. As for the dignity remark - he is one of the most genuine and dignified people you could ever meet. Every interview the guy has given whether at Partick Thistle, Raith Rovers, Cowdenbeath or St Mirren the guy is honest, dignified and genuine. A more opposite Manager to someone like John Brown you could not meet

Lawless is hardworking as is Craigen and give their all for the team as does Chris Erskine, all 3 have set up goals but Lawless has scored far many more goals than Craigen (as has Chris Erskine) which have been of vital importance.

No problem with keeping a lot of this years squad since they have helped us stay up. But on this season as a whole I wouldnt have Craigen ahead of McMillan, Erskine, Lawless or Elliot as a must keep. I note your not critical of Lawless but others have and he has done as much as Craigen over the year.But I like I say they have pretty much all done their bit to keep us up

nope there has been plenty of games erskine has contributed right from when he joined in January. You say buaben gave the team a lift well I'm sure he did but equally so did erskine and Lyle.Plenty of decent games for us st Johnstone ad home for his debut was good even if others weren't that good, st mirren away, Motherwell away, Aberdeen at home, Hibs at home, st Johnstone away,killie away, hearts away. The only 2 real stinkers were st mirren at home and Hibs away so he has played his part as much as buaben. Said it before and said it again I feel erskine and Taylor's signings really contributed to Doolan and higanbothams great performances since January.

yes and equally so I think the same could be equally said of erskine if he is not kept on at Dundee united. The same is the case for balatoni, lawless, Fraser, banningan craigen muirhead etc which is why they should be cut some slack

like erskine it was his first season in the spl and scored 5 gals earning us some valuable points. By your standard then craigen, fox, muirhead buaben should be out since I wouldn't have said any one of them individually contributed more than lawless over the season but like lawless it was their first season in the spl so they need some slack.Out of curiosity who in the team could we accomadate by your standards?

utter rubbish so he hasn't scored this season then or set up goals? First year in the spl just like Gabriel but perhaps with a full pre season at the club and his first season in the spl out the way both could be key players

Worst performance in a thistle shirt this season you must be joking. Disappointing in the second half yes but in the first half set up some good chances particularly first couple of minutes where he set Taylor up a beauty. He has easily contributed as much as buaben has since January except chris hadn't played in the spl before.

Plus a big gate on saturday will do no harm whatsoever to revenue available for the Manager to give out new contracts and for the club to use for youth development, community work etc
