Lawrence Shankland would not look out of place in the SPL. Has "the touch" around the goal and also sets up some nice chances/attacks for others.

Just watched the replay of the game. (Lack of) opposition notwithstanding, I thought we played very nice possession football the last fifteen minutes and created some nice chances to boot. Unlike most of our games so far the team, as a whole, did not look tired at all late in the game. Maybe a sign that their fitness is coming around.

Since it looks like we're going to struggle for every point we get this season, hoping the other 4 games all end in a draw. We need all the help we can get.

No one to blame but ourselves but My first thoughts when PTD posted this last week were... 1) They only took 2 points so Hearts could still control their own destiny. 2) That if Hearts did win both games and get to 9 pts, then we would be the team that gets pumped because of the league's decision.

Will 9pts get us through? Group A we have beat Group B we have beat Group C ..if Hearts beat ICT, they get one spot. Group D very likely takes one spot, unless Brechin can tie Dundee Group F. Airdrie get a spot if they beat Hamilton but we can also get spot over Livi if Berwick come back and tie them Group G we have beat..unless Motherwell beats Clyde Group H gets a spot if Killie beat Queens Park AND St.Mirren can tack on a couple more against Brechin

Sounds strange listening to a game where Thistle are leading and still doing all the attacking.
