My granda whinged about another rangers player coming on loan earlier when I told him about the signing. I already think he could become someone we would like to keep here, attitude wise anyway.

Docherty was someone I always wanted more from.. 3 games last season I thought well aye that’s why he’s captain. Was like a ghost when things weren’t going well though. Thought Graham completely showed him up on what a captain should be tonight. Complete stand out along with McKenzie, Stanway and also Williamson. Earlly doors and a lot to improve on.. but the shape and work rate tonight were brilliant.

His attitude and work rate so far have really impressed me. Big Williams at CB looks the opposite to me.. hope I’m wrong but looks like a lazy player.

McCall was right about one thing, Graham shouldn’t take pens.

Still about 4 players short, I don’t know if there’s much point in keeping Dowds if we could get rid of him and bring someone else in. Doubt he’s on a great deal of money but just don’t think he’s good enough to start.

I expect Doolan will sort of stick with the 4-2-3-1 we used during the play offs, it’s such an effective way to with the right players on the park. Without knowing a great deal about Wasari on paper he seems a player with good potential and I reckon we might be able to get the best out of Robinson.. Sneddon Mcmillan Muirhead Wasari Milne Bannigan Lyon Lawless Robinson Fitzpatrick Graham With McKenzie, Stanway and Dowds.. I reckon we have a very decent base of a team. Looking forward to more additions.

Please don’t stick up for Bannigan because he’s a (Thistle boy) it’s not enough for us and don’t forget bar his injury he was offski. I am really disappointed he’s staying on and I’ve always really liked him. Isn’t mobile enough to be a defensive midfielder and doesn’t have the ability to carry the ball at all anymore. Muirhead I’m actually delighted is staying he has been an absolute pro this season IMO.

Disagree, Turners 14 Assists in one season is something I don’t think we will see again soon from a midfielder, he’s really matured this season and I’m pretty gutted we won’t have him in his prime.

Brownlie leaving Is a slight surprise given the situation we are in.

Slavering nonesense? Doolan won a few games, we have been up and down form wise like half of the top 6 since the season started. He’s made no great difference. And no he doesn’t deserve more time than others, ffs what a stupid thing to say !

We have blew it twice in as many weeks. Nothings changed, Had a few decent games. We also don’e that Under McCall. Should have thrown on more attacking players earlier, it was a great chance for us.

I genuinely think our downfall is when Graham has an off day the whole team suffers badly.

On our day I think we are actually by far the best footballing side in the league. I’m worried about the end of this season/ start of next if we do not go up. So many players out of contract.. don’t get me wrong the players who will be here are a good base to start with, McCalls recruitment has always been up and down.. but the ups have always been very good to us. I worry about who we could get in next season, especially since it seems we aren’t offering some very good players new contracts.
