Working From Home

I have the option to drive 35 miles up to my office in Perth or work from home in Stirling. I also spend 1 week a month in an office in Dingwall so its important to get the right balance.

If I'm busy, I tend to head up the A9 into the office as I know I'll get more done. When I've gone through a busy spell or if I've been on the road a lot and need some 'downtime', working from home is a great option to have. With a baby on the way very soon, this may change!

As long as you know you're working as hard as you should be for your salary, it works well and my employer is fine with it.
