Mr Bunny
Team up now: Â TOMAS CERNY Â CALLUM BOOTH Â BLAIR SPITTAL Â KRIS DOOLAN Â CHRIS ERSKINE Â STEVEN LAWLESS Â ADAM BARTON Â CHRISTIE ELLIOTT Â DANIEL DEVINE Â RYAN EDWARDS Â JAMES PENRICE Â Not sure how we're going to line up but it looks like Penrice will play a centre back position. With Bannigan on the bench it looks like he will play beside Devine allowing Barton to sit in the midfield two alongside Edwards, with our usual attack up front. Mr Bunny
Nice move: Spittal crosses to Erskine who squares it across the box for Doolan.

mgow
Still (a little) work to do for Thistle tonight. Â However, can't help but turn attention to Stranraer v Livi. Sounds like a ding-dong game. As it stands, a win tonight and on Saturday would be enough for Thistle to win the group (and probably even get seeded). Mr Bunny
How often do we do that? Good as our team is we do seem to lack the kind of player - like a Donald Park or Danny Lennon - who will get at his team mates to keep them on their game. Pinhead
sounds like we may need to take penners off

Pinhead
Why Penrice? Â keeps being caught and is all hands whenever anyone goes near him, expecting a penalty at any moment
Mr Bunny
McCarthy on for Erskine. Wonder if this might mean Barton going back into defence? Though that would only work as a three at the back or Penrice becoming a winger.
Mr Bunny
Nesbit on for Edwards now. I guess this means McCarthy will drop back into Edwards' position.
Mr Bunny
Bannigan on now for Lawless. I presume to make sure we keep a grip of midfield.

Pinhead
Well that was a huff and a puff at times, main thing is we have won. Last few seasons we would have lost a late goal! Hopefully there will be a few new signings coming soon
Mr Bunny
When you don't have enough cover, missing one player can have similar effect to losing two by upsetting the team. Still we got through but I really hope we can bring in another defender before Saturday so we can give him a bit of game time before the league kicks off. Duke Gekantawa
Since pumping them 7-0 in the first meeting of the championship season, we've played them 5 times and managed 4 single goal wins and a draw.
