lady-isobel-barnett
Season ticket holders get an upgrade: Upgrades between cash bar and full hospitality appear to be worth £25. Pay at the Gate is £22. In other words ST holders get a £3 discount. No complaints from me, just not exactly a haud me back offer
Sinistar
For me "free upgrade" = "price increase" The £45 (£20 discount) deal last season was reasonable, for what you got, albeit still a special treat for us given the not unsubstantial extra cash. £70 minimum, free bar or no, isn't worth it, espc if you're taking teenagers. New prices probably in line with other clubs, too much for me though, espc with much better food on offer nearby for third of the price. Hospitality was half empty when we went last year, really don't see the price increase bringing more people in.

Run a promotion for season ticket holders a few days before the game. Invite applications, have a ballot and winning season ticket holders pay £10 each for up to four places. It will help to cover costs and add benefit to season ticket.

Plus on another thread we were looking at ways to enhance the 50/50 draw.
