That doesn't make sense. The Rangers player immediately beside the Napoli player that scored the rebound was also encroaching, so in that instance the penalty is retaken. JeanieD Posted September 15, 2022 Report Share Posted September 15, 2022 (edited) Reminded me of the twice missed penalty of Johnny Flanagan v St Johnstone in 1970 - losing 3-1 at the time it seemed a pivotal moment - but by some fluke Thistle won 4-3.
