Hypocrite Of The Year Just Announced

Recommended Posts

John Yorkston

Yorkston wants a 16 or 18-team top division but says a self-preservation society could persuade the top 12 club owners to reject any change

If you look at the grounds, there's clubs like us, Dundee, Partick Thistle, even Airdrie, that have the stadium and a lot of us went to the expense of upgrading them to SPL standard

:o Yes, John, we did upgrade and you did what?

How the mighty have fallen. Just a reminder if we ever needed one to hope for an away win at Rugby Pk this Saturday.

"Ritchie said league reconstruction was vital to the future success of Scottish football.

"My main argument is we need more opportunity for promotion," he added. "If that means more relegation then you need to have a bigger league, as you can't have two or three teams relegated from a league of 12."

Why can you not have 2 relegation places from a league of 12?

Despite all the talk and mommentum behind this league reconstruction idea I still don't see it happening unfortunately.
