jaggy
We used 'The Crunch' by the RAH Band for a long time, probably in the 80's, also 'Sylvia' by Focus, in the 70's and again in the early 2000's
jaggy
the Whistling Tune was called 'I was Kaiser Bills Batman' by 'Whistling' Jack Smith, I used to love that coming over the tannoy & the teams running out when I was young
jagscast
Going further back, I believe the team used to run out to The Bluebell Polka. Banana Splits was a great one to have, Pirates of the Caribbean was awful.

Be good ,if today the team came out to whatever was being played at the time 40 years ago.
Morfin
Danny Hatty (I think that was his name, no idea on the spelling) was the dj at Firhill early 70s and he played Whistling Jack Smith. I used to see him at oldies nights in dive bars around North Glasgow for years after, medallion man with very bad lines. Wonder what happened to him. H Wragg
Superstars theme tune. I'd like to see the return of 'Congratulations' by Cliff Richard at the end of games we've won.

Just to be pedantic it was "Hattie"
Morfin
Or maybe it was Dannie???
thomas
I'd like to see the return of 'Congratulations' by Cliff Richard at the end of games we've won. I remember heading down the stairs at the main stand when they struck that up to a chorus of 'fcuk off', bring that back would be worse torture than listening to the OF fannees griping about being victimised
erzamacaroonbars
Should run out to the old "Its A Knockout" theme tune and probably have Stuart Hall do the match commentary also. Now that would bring the crowds back!!
honved
I believe he passed away a good few years ago. Just to be pedantic it was "Hattie" That's a shame. I used to enjoy Danny's record quizzes in the pubs when I were a lad. That was back when you needed twin decks and boxes and boxes of 45s to do a music quiz, not some pissy laptop and iTunes, with a link to the big screen tellies.
