G SUS
The Aitken Suite. It's the bar inside the ground.

Aitken Suite is your place then. Support the club If your looking for atmosphere, go behind the goal into the North Stand. Singing Section is located there. lady-isobel-barnett
Cheers lads, just looking for somewhere with a bit of atmosphere about it. Reckon the crowd will be decent? Tricky one re the crowd. We play them today, which doesn't help. Also Dunfermline are in a financial mess and that usually means fans cutting down on away games (even a Cup game where the gate is shared). Should tho' still be an above average crowd for us that day As for pubs near the ground as mentioned the Woodside (10mins from ground) and the Star & Garter (5mins) are the best bet. If you're starting off in the City Centre you can easily walk to the ground (about 30 mins) via a plethora of hostelries.
Mac
Thanks for the response lads, will probably start at bars a short distance away from the ground before going to the bar at the ground closer to kick off.

Coopers at Kelvinbridge is a good starting point mate. Good selection of beer and various screens for whatever game is on. Not Thistle quality, but it is an option

hamiltonjag
The S&G was mobbed before the game yesterday. Rumour going around that it was extra busy cos Munns has closed down. Any truth in this?
