Fawlty Towers
Hello Folks Saturday will be the first outing for the 50/50 Draw and I just wanted to make you aware that tickets will now be priced at £1 each. This is not simply putting up the prices as we are now in the top division as it was really planned to do so last season but it did not happen for various reasons. Also prices have not increased for a number of years so it was due to happen at some stage. We do not expect that people who normally hand over £1 for 2 tickets will now now hand over £2, we are anticipating that they will now just get 1 ticket. One of the benefits of this change is that fewer tickets will be required over the season which reduces the cost of purchasing them to the club and will make it quicker for the sellers do count the cash and get the tickets ready for the draw. There is another change happening as well but that will be announced by the club in the build up to the Dundee Utd match - it is a positive one! As ever your support for this will be very much appreciated as youth development is a vitally important area for our club and all the funds that are raised through the 50/50 draw go to this. Last season saw us increase the amount that was raised through this and together we can increase this further to give as much support as possible to our youth coaches. See you on Saturday!

Stewarty
So the club wants to make less money from selling tickets? No, the idea is to make the same amount from sales but save on materials.
Fawlty Towers
So the club wants to make less money from selling tickets? What we are looking to do is to make at least the same amount (and hopefully more) but sell physically less tickets which cuts the cost to the club as fewer tickets are required over the season as well as making the process for counting the money & sorting the tickets quicker. To achieve as many ticket sales as possible we need your help starting on Saturday so lets get as many sold as possible so our youth development gets a financial boost. Thanks for your support! Rid Skwerr
No against the change at all, but I used to get two chances to win for a quid. Now it will just be one. At least it makes it less likely that I will win a damned signed ball, sorry - mystery prize.

Fawlty Towers
Just a reminder that tickets for the 50/50 draw now cost £1 each and will be on sale as usual at Friday's match. When you purchase a ticket you will notice that it is now sponsored (I won't say who be at the moment - buy one to find out) which is something we have been looking to get in place for a while so it is good to finally get it in place for our return to the top flight. The money raised from this goes to youth development so the more we can raise the better. Thanks for your support! Okay seeing it is you here is the details for the sponsorship: http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2013-2014/august_2013/sponsor_for_50_50_draws Edited August 1, 2013 by Fawlty Towers
