I've raised a ticket and tried the chat bot, to no avail. Purchase was through ScrewFix - any known issues with them or is it just a slow process? Some donations show up within days others appear as pending for weeks and there's a few companies who don't pay out at all. (There may be small print somewhere that lets them off paying.) Thanks. https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/ The Jags Trust (of which I am still a member) are also registered with easyfundraising but as I have not had any real communication from them for quite some time pushing it I will (cheekily) ask if you do have The Jags Trust as your cause to at least consider changing it to The Jags Foundation. Also, when you are either signing up or changing cause remember it is The Jags Foundation as there is another cause called JAGS Foundation. Thanks. If you are not registered with easyfundraising at all then now is the time to do so (with The Jags Foundation as your cause of course). If you are not signed up yet then it is easy to do. Woodstock Jag Posted March 6 Report Share Posted March 6 Quick note on this: TJF received their first payment out from Easy Fundraising in February! £32.94 hit the account on 12th February. The way the affiliate links work means that this accumulates over time and gets paid out when the transaction is approved by the vendor. So it comes in lumps!
