  1. The shit weather would have made the game a bit of a lottery today so I'm glad it's off. I'm watching Dundee - Aberdeen. I'd be disappointed to finish below Dundee. They look poor when Stewart isn't on form.
  2. Adults putting people on ignore makes me sad for humanity. Anyway, it's freezing outside so I hope if we going to lose it's early on so I don't need to stay for 90 minutes.
  3. If Scully plays and costs us another goal then he should be told to gtfo. He's had a number of games to prove himself. It's not like he's Undroppable Welsh.
  4. I predict he'll be flapping his way back to League 1 next season with some diddy team.
  5. We've not conceded within 30 seconds of the 2nd half. I am hopeful.
  6. Dundee have been struggling so I'd like to see us going for a win here. Gallacher should steady the defence again. I say this every week, mostly out of desperation but Welsh needs dropped.
  7. As a fellow Scot I hope he does well at York. We've had too many exports that have flopped down there. He got a rough time at Dundee United. His record there is 2nd only to Jim McLean even with the core of his team being sold and replaced with dross from the lower leagues.
  8. I doubt it will change much for Rangers. The SPFL have said that they won't take away their titles or fine them but for an exercise in point scoring against their fans, this is gold.
  9. The players chucked in the towel but the reality is that Scully cost us on Saturday. He also should have done better against Imrie last Saturday. Gallacher will be in for the Dundee game so let's put Saturday behind us and move on. I think we are more than capable of getting 3 points, and going on a decent run over the next few weeks.
  10. Jeezo, 10 seconds in and Archibald makes a total arse of a simple ball into the box. I hope our training is better than that. I'm not convinced though.
  11. Chin up folks. Only another 26 bitter disappointments to go before the end of the season and we can put this horrible season behind us.
  12. Let's not sugar coat it. Scully isn't good enough. He has no command of his box, and his decision making is dreadful. Kenny Arthur making his debut at 17 was better than Scully at 23. I'd rather see a non-match fit Gallacher or an injured Cerny than watch Scully again.
  13. 4-0 is about the right score when you look at the difference in budgets.
  14. I see there is a bit of a stooshie over Paatelainen criticising the United players after the 5-0 defeat by Celtic. He called them "absolute rubbish" and said "what's the point if f***ing training". I thought Thistle fans were bad for shouting at Bannigan or Lawless for a misplaced pass. This takes it to a new level.

    Cerny!

Hopefully he's not out for too long. I'd play Gallacher instead of Scully if he is.

    Pogba

Yeah, but how about his footballing ability?
  17. He was pish but he's 21, it was his first start in a Premiership game and he was playing reserve football before us. Welsh has no excuse for today. He's the club captain, he's been here for 3 seasons and he was just as bad.
  18. A point is OK. Apart from the start of the 2nd half to when Pogba scored we were 2nd best today. Too many players were having off days. Amoo, Welsh, Lawless and Edwards were all poor. Part of me is disappointed we didn't press on and look for another goal rather than sit in.
  19. MacKinnon is an absolute rat of a man. I'm glad he's missing. Guys like him and Imrie playing him in the top flight bring shame to our national game. Keep it tight, don't be loose and hopefully we won't lose.
  20. As far as I can see you made 1 point about Archibald being our best manager for 30 years . The rest was unnecessary trolling of fellow fans by calling them spoiled children and mad men. Archibald has his merits and his flaws. I think he has assembled a decent squad with support from the board but I don't think we see them playing well enough, often enough. I genuinely think someone with better knowledge of the game could get more from the players and help us press on up the league, rather than be in a relegation battle. IMO Lambie was a better manager than Archibald. We suffered badly when Lambie left because of who we replaced him with each time. Regarding the spoiled brats. AA said himself that he felt under pressure before the Dundee United game. If we had lost that then a decent number of fans would have been calling for him to go. It clearly wasn't just a few supporters who had just started watching the team.
  21. You have won Cliche Bingo!!!! You win................... An Archie face mask. Shame you already have 100s of them. All with a hole cut out at the mouth.
  22. It's about damn time. We've been long overdue some favorable refereeing decisions. In fact we'll need a few more in order to re-balance our luck. A dodgy penalty on Saturday wouldn't go amiss.
