  1. This. Do not beat yourself up about it, though.
  2. Looked way off the pace today. Not sure than Fenlon is the manager he needs at this point in his career. But, hey-ho, he could score a double v Hearts next weekend, and everything would fit into place nicely.
  3. In which case, count me out. I'll gladly go shopping with the missus instead. And spend my 17 quid putting a smile on her face for the same 90 odd minutes.
  4. Trust they got suitably drenched today. And that the hair dye ran down their cheeks and over their disgusting, vile tatoos of hatred. And that they all die of pneumonia next week.
  5. How on earth did you manage to introduce Ross County into a thread about Spain??
  6. Well done to Clyde! And well done to Yoda Jag for his message too. Given the increasing groundswell of opinion, I look forward to also being able to say well done to Mr Beattie and the board of PTFC in the coming days................................
  7. Sky can take a hike, then. The member clubs should dictate what happens, not some media corporation who may not themselves exist in 5 years if due process finds their parent company guilty of numerous allegations that are already high profile in the public domain. What did alarm me JJ, were your stats on ST holders - 50% over 50 and 25% over 65. My assumption is these are based on last season's figures? So, how many ST holders were there last season? And for the avoidance of any doubt - nothing would make me accept newco which does not conform to the existing standard procedure for accepting a new member into the SFL structure.
  8. Nailed it in one, DS. Spain only did what they are good at. France were struggling to be rank rotten last night.
  9. McFarlane, Thanks for the memory.................not. Was it Lambie who signed Ian Jardine for the second time?
  10. So, Nerlinger (2) and Fuddy Barry from the 2002 semi are implicated. And Kevin MuskRat and Hutton from the 1-2 game in 2003. And Boyd from the 1-1 game at Ibrox And Boyd and Mendes from the 1-2 game the following season. Draw yer own conclusion folks.................
  11. I agree with this. It's the final club game, and supposedly the showpiece, of the season and should be won without recourse to penalties.
  12. Nevertheless KennyDal is still the ultimate Scotland legend.
  13. Honest question, DP - What's your substantiation for that comment?
  14. Look, let's accept what actually happened. Do you honestly think that these guys didn't have options other than Gerry Collins that year? The bold bit above is the reason we lost these players. Nothing to do with administration or any of that bullshit.
  15. So, for the sake of the confused nomad. Did we even get a penalty? if so, did Archie (if he took it) keep it within the confines of G20? Or is this an elaborate hoax by the BBC to deflect attention away from Chick Dung's illiterate meanderings about you-know-who?
  16. I'm sure that given the profile of the South Side Ugly Sister in the European game (even if it has been as a laughing stock this season), the SFA will be sh*tt*ng it that UEFA might be scrutinising their actions as the ultimate governing body of the Scottish game. When you consider the current emphasis on financial fair play rules, then it falls into place that the suits at Hampden cannot leave themselves open to exemplary sanctions from UEFA. Having said that, the SFA have been left over a barrel by R*ng*rs themselves, given their omission to undertake appropriate due diligence on Craig Whyte, which beggars belief.
  17. If I am right, he's not been quoted on the last few benches. Is he even still at the club?
  18. Francesco Totti, who has just scored what looks like being the winner for Roma tonight, has vaulted two sets of hoardings in celebration, and no yellow card produced. Would be interesting to see Lee McCulloch vault hoardings though..............
  19. Fat Maybelline - Climax Blues Band
  20. The same side went on to beat Avril Levein's Cowdenbeath 5-2 at Firhill in the next round.
  21. We did the double against them at Broadwood that season. The first game was in September, Alan Morgan scored both in a 2-1 win. His second was a peach of a header from a cross by...................Paul McDonald, who had come on as a sub for his first Jags appearance.
  22. He worthily contributed a wonderful header past Santa David Wylie for a 1-0 Boxing Day win at Broadwood that season!!
