Clyde (12.6 m) Broadwood Stadium My old address has Clyde, Celtic, Thistle but I am disputing this as Google says different as Thistle, Clyde, Celtic and Clyde cheated by moving to Deadwood.
  2. I say we have a Harry Hill style fight between Pee-Tee, Jaggy MacBee and Harry Wragg for the title of Jags mascot.
  3. Saw a total of 4 recognisable Jags fans. Must admit I was a but dissappointed this year. There was something missing... Oh yeah a Jags stall and Pee-Tee to keep the kids happy.
  4. So are we going to try and make this a red n yellow festival again?
  5. Was there not a H*n-busters poster as well after the 3-0 game? Twin Pikes.
  6. One of my old mates got away with this up at Kirkcaldy about 10 years ago just to get in the u16 gate. He was 19 at the time and knocked back from the away u16 gate. Steward escorted him around the park.
  7. Last game on Saturday. Fun day on the Sunday. Looks like I'll be taking the wife to Firhill for her birthday weekend.
  8. Craig Nelson was the inspiration behind my middle shed curtain hair-do in the early 90's. Got a cracking pic with him on the pitch at firhill end if 92-93 season. Great keeper.
  9. If it was a Monday night in April/may there would be more there tonight. All those in favour of summer football?
  10. Was it Dowie/cowie or something a centre half who went to the pub at raith away instead of watching the game. ex-rankgers? Sorry kind of going off the thread name here.
  11. According to wiki Jean Yves is without a club http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Yves_Anis?wasRedirected=true but will live on as a Jag in Fifa04
  12. True the showpark is a great location but is it not owned by local farmers who don't want to make any changes to it. Im sure the Langlands plan was for a 6000 seater staduim?
  13. Would this be a development in Langlands where there was talk if the keanes & king talking about moving EK thistle to?
  14. I'm sure when I was a lad I use to see Willie Sharp in Jaconelli's for a pre match cuppa giving his opinions
  15. I only just picked up the Barcelona home kit for the wee fella's Christmas. If this comes out in time it'll be barca overload
  16. Like many Bobby was my first real hero (with the exception of Kenny Watson, what a time to be introduced to the jags) I played right back as a kid and I was Bobby. Down at kilbowie I got to meet Bobby and get my photo taken with him. Bobby asked me what the score would be and I said 2-1 Jags. We got hammered 7-1 I think. Well deserved Bobby
  17. A mid-week game in December, better wrap up.
  18. Mon the Cub Scouts. 12th Glasgow, what a football team we had...we humped the local BB 17-0 in a preseason friendly.
  19. Ok thats it I aint going. (probably wasn't going anyway but now a valid reason).
  20. thanks for the info, I might head over if not doing anything else.
  21. Was down there when it was the scaffolding a couple of seasons ago. £28 it skinned me.
  22. 1110 I wont be there. I'll be going to Go Ape instead. Planned a while back and didn't think I would be missing the game as it was originally the Sunday. Does anyone know if lesser Hampden will be open for the u19's game on the Sunday?
  23. I'm going to go against the grain here, I think Boyle always looks scared to commit when going in for a tackle and hoofs the ball up the park rather than taking his time to pick out a player. Paton - if he is so right footed why cut inside all the time? take it for a run and try to beat a man.
